摘 要
醋作为人们生活中必不可少的一种调料品,当前对于醋的生产主要依据人们的经验,但是采用经验进行生产,其存在较多的不确定因素,导致醋的生产其口感也不一致。针对这个问题,此次设计一款设备,用户可以通过对当前醋的参数进行设置然后对其进行控制,从而使得醋的品质达到最高,此次设计采用硬件和软件配合进行设计,硬件采用STM32单片机作为主控芯片,采用MQ-3监测醋的酒精浓度,采用PH值监测模块监测当前醋的PH值,DS18B20检测当前环境中的温度,采用OLED对监测的数据进行显示;软件采用AD进行原理图和PCB的绘制,采用stc-isp进行程序的下载。通过软件和硬件配合进行使用,此次设计可以检测当前醋生产环境的PH值、酒精浓度、温度,检测到酒精浓度大于设置的最大值进行声光报警进行提醒,且可以将检测到的数据传输到OLED液晶显示屏上。此次设计的食用醋发酵环境监测系统,其成本较低,维护较为简单,且能够满足当前用户的需求。

Abstract
The design of the traffic line system, can achieve the current traffic flow of intelligent control, to solve the current traffic congestion problem; The design through the single-chip design, through the four digital tube placed in the southeast and northwest four directions, to the user in different directions to display the time to remind; When passing in this direction, the green light will be used to display. Drivers and pedestrians in this direction can be prompted by lighting the yellow light within 5 seconds of passing countdown, and switch the lit traffic position when the time is over. The manager can manually set the passage interval, press the set button to enter the north-south direction of the passage setting time, by adding and subtraction to set the time, press the set button again to enter the east-west direction of the time setting interface, press the set button again to return to the measurement interface; In the measurement interface, traffic management personnel can enter the evergreen interface by setting the button. This function mainly solves the current emergency situation, so that emergency vehicles can quickly pass through. In addition, this design in four directions to place four infrared correlation tube, the current, the direction need to traffic vehicle detection, the direction of the passage of time for the vehicle number x 5 s, makes the direction of the vehicle can be passed, prevent, there was a need to pass a large number of vehicles the current direction, transit time is shorter, and less traffic on one side, It takes a lot of time.
