摘 要
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活的舒适度要求越来越高,而衣柜作为必须的家用产品之一,传统的衣物只用来存储衣物,经常会出现衣物变味、发霉、受潮、寻找衣物看不清楚等问题,严重影响到人们的生活,降低了人们衣柜使用的体验。
本设计通过分析传统衣柜存在的缺点,针对各项缺点对智能衣柜提出了相应的功能方案,并按照提出的功能设计对智能衣柜的控制方案、结构、系统硬件、以及软件程序等进行设计,硬件上主要通过温湿度传感器对衣柜中环境的温湿度进行采集,将采集到的环境信息进行转化传输到单片机进行处理,如果检测衣柜内湿度大于设置最大值,进行风扇除湿。另外,也可以定时消毒。衣柜门是否打开主要通过霍尔传感器检测,若打开,则自动点亮照明灯并熄灭紫外线消毒灯。在整个过程中,可以使用按键设置湿度最大值、定时时间,并且通过OLED显示温湿度、柜门状态(打开或关闭),也可以通过WI-FI将数据远程发送到手机上APP,另外可通过APP远程控制除湿、杀菌。
此次设计使得衣柜在使用上相较于传统衣柜更加的方便快捷,经济实用;增强了衣柜在防潮,防霉,舒适性等方面的效果,提高了其存储衣物的能力,具有一定的实用价值。

This design through the analysis of the disadvantages of traditional wardrobe, in view of the shortcomings of intelligent wardrobe solutions put forward the corresponding function, and according to the function of the proposed design of the control scheme of intelligent wardrobe, structure, system hardware, and software program design, hardware mainly by temperature and humidity sensors to collect the environment temperature and humidity in the wardrobe, The collected environment information is converted and transmitted to the microcontroller for processing. If the humidity in the wardrobe is greater than the maximum value, the fan is dehumidified. In addition, regular disinfection can also be used. Hall sensor is used to detect whether the closet door is open. If it is open, the lighting lamp will be automatically lit and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp will be extinguished. In the whole process, you can set the maximum humidity and timing time by pressing buttons, display the temperature and humidity, cabinet door status (open or close) through OLED, and send the data remotely to the mobile APP through Wi-Fi. In addition, you can control the dehumidification and sterilization remotely through the APP.
The design makes the wardrobe in use compared with the traditional wardrobe more convenient and fast, economic and practical; It enhances the effect of the wardrobe in moisture-proof, mildew proof, comfort and other aspects, and improves the ability of storing clothes, which has certain practical value..
