摘要
随着科学技术的发展和生活水平的提高,加湿器开始引起人们的注意,加湿器随处可见并且发挥着极其重要的作用。但是,常规的加湿器只是简单地持续加湿,对湿度的调节能力差,容易过度加湿,并且缺乏对水位的检测管理,缺乏安全性。因此,需要设计一款智能加湿器来有效的调节控制加湿,当环境湿度偏低则开始加湿,达到设定的湿度时就停止加湿,总是把湿度控制在适宜的状态下。水位低时自动报警并且停止加湿,确保加湿的安全性。有效地防干烧和过度加湿,实现加湿器的智能化。目前市面上具有此类功能的加湿器还没有被广泛使用,因此将有良好的市场前景和开发价值。本次设计为基于单片机的智能加湿器系统,以STC89C52和温湿度传感器DHT11为设计核心,利用湿度传感器将温湿度信号进行采集并转换成数字信号,利用单片机进行数据分析和处理,实现智能开启和关闭加湿功能。外接辅助电路实现加湿器的防干烧以及室内相对湿度的实时显示功能。系统电路简单、读取方便、检测精度高,具有较高的可靠性和实用价值。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, humidifiers begin to attract people’s attention. Humidifiers can be seen everywhere and play an extremely important role. However, the conventional humidifier is simply continuous humidification, with poor humidity regulation ability, easy to over humidification, lack of detection and management of water level, and lack of safety. Therefore, it is necessary to design an intelligent humidifier to effectively regulate and control humidification. When the ambient humidity is low, humidification will start. When the set humidity is reached, humidification will stop, and the humidity will always be controlled in a suitable state. When the water level is low, it will automatically alarm and stop humidification to ensure the safety of humidification. Effectively prevent dry burning and excessive humidification, and realize the intellectualization of humidifier. At present, humidifiers with such functions on the market have not been widely used, so they will have a good market prospect and development value. This design is an intelligent humidifier system based on SCM. With STC89C52 and temperature and humidity sensor DHT11 as the design core, the humidity sensor is used to collect the temperature and humidity signals and convert them into digital signals, and the SCM is used to analyze and process the data, so as to realize the function of intelligent opening and closing humidification. The external auxiliary circuit can prevent the humidifier from dry burning and display the indoor relative humidity in real time. The system has simple circuit, convenient reading, high detection accuracy, high reliability and practical value.
