智能健康衣柜的设计与实现
摘 要
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活的舒适度要求越来越高,而衣柜作为必须的家用产品之一,传统的衣物只用来存储衣物,经常会出现衣物变味、发霉、受潮、寻找衣物看不清楚等问题,严重影响到人们的生活,降低了人们衣柜使用的体验。
本设计通过分析传统衣柜存在的缺点,针对各项缺点对智能衣柜提出了相应的功能方案,并按照提出的功能设计对智能衣柜的控制方案、结构、系统硬件、以及软件程序等进行设计,硬件上主要通过温湿度传感器、气体浓度传感器对衣柜中环境的温湿度以及气体浓度进行采集,将采集到的环境信息进行转化传输到单片机进行处理,如果检测衣柜内温度低于设置最小值,通过继电器进行加热;当湿度大于设置最大值,进行风扇除湿。若检测衣柜内混合气体浓度过高,则进行紫外线消毒,另外,也可以定时消毒。衣柜门是否打开主要通过霍尔传感器检测,若打开,则自动点亮照明灯并熄灭紫外线消毒灯。在整个过程中,可以使用按键设置温度最小值、湿度最大值、气体浓度最大值、定时时间,以及控制衣架上升或下降,并且通过OLED显示温湿度、气体浓度、柜门状态(打开或关闭),也可以通过WI-FI将数据远程发送到手机上APP,另外可通过APP远程控制衣架上升和下降、除湿、加热、杀菌
此次设计使得衣柜在使用上相较于传统衣柜更加的方便快捷,经济实用;增强了衣柜在防潮,防霉,舒适性等方面的效果,提高了其存储衣物的能力,具有一定的实用价值。

Hardware mainly through the temperature and humidity sensor, gas concentration sensor to collect the environment temperature and humidity and gas concentration in the wardrobe, the collected environmental information is converted and transmitted to the MCU for processing, if the temperature in the detection wardrobe is lower than the set minimum value, through the relay heating; When the humidity is greater than the maximum value, dehumidify the fan. If the concentration of mixed gas in the wardrobe is too high, then ultraviolet disinfection, in addition, can also be regularly disinfected. Whether the wardrobe door is opened is mainly detected by hall sensor. If it is opened, it will automatically light up the floodlight and put out the ultraviolet disinfection lamp. During the whole process, buttons can be used to set the minimum temperature, maximum humidity, maximum gas concentration, maximum timing, and control the hanger rise or fall. Temperature and humidity, gas concentration, and cabinet door status (open or closed) can be displayed through OLED. Data can also be sent to mobile phone APP remotely through Wi-Fi. In addition, it can remotely control hanger rising and falling, dehumidification, heating and sterilization through APP
The design makes the wardrobe in the use of more convenient than the traditional wardrobe, economic and practical; Enhance the effect of the wardrobe in moisture-proof, mildew proof, comfort and other aspects, improve its storage capacity of clothing, has a certain practical value.
