随着不可再生能源的大量消耗,在未来,不可再生能源将被损耗完,而寻找可再生能源,成为我们地球人每个人的责任和义务,而太阳能作为清洁的可再生能源,一直是社会研究者对性能源的研究对象。为提高太阳能的利用率,该设计采用聚焦型的抛物槽式集热器,使得产品接收太阳能的面积增加,也使得在相同面积大小的地方,获取更多的能量。该系统为了使得光照强度得到进一步的利用,采用单片机设计一款基于STM32的太阳能抛物槽式太阳能自动跟踪系统。文中对自动跟踪装置的机械结构进行了详细的描述。可以通过手动和自动控制太阳能板吸收更多的太阳能,自动控制可以实时检测太阳能板上光照强度较强的地方,从而向其偏转,而手动转动手轮方案保证太阳入射光线和主光轴方向一致;还可以检测太阳板的温度,并显示在显示屏上,防止温度过高损坏太阳能板,或者太阳能板已经损坏,没有及时维修,造成资源浪费。对该跟踪系统的控制系统进行了控制系统的方案设计,硬件选型及程序编制实验结果表明: 该自动跟踪装置满足设计要求, 且具有低功耗,低成本等特点。实验测试表明,该太阳自动跟踪系统跟踪角的跟踪精度高,抛物槽的聚光比高,集热性能好。

Abstract
With the massive consumption of non-renewable energy, non-renewable energy will be exhausted in the future, and it has become the responsibility and obligation of everyone on earth to find renewable energy. As a clean renewable energy, solar energy has always been the research object of social researchers on performance sources. In order to improve the utilization rate of solar energy, the design adopts focused parabolic trough collector, which increases the area of receiving solar energy of the product and also makes the same area to obtain more energy. In order to make further use of the illumination intensity, a solar parabolic trough solar automatic tracking system based on STM32 is designed by single chip microcomputer. The mechanical structure of the automatic tracking device is described in detail. The solar panel can absorb more solar energy through manual and automatic control. The automatic control can detect the strong light intensity on the solar panel in real time, so as to deflect to it, and the manual rotation of the handwheel scheme to ensure that the direction of the sun incident ray and the main optical axis is consistent; It can also detect the temperature of the solar panel and display it on the display screen to prevent the excessive temperature from damaging the solar panel, or the solar panel has been damaged and not repaired in time, resulting in a waste of resources. The control system of the tracking system is designed, the hardware selection and programming experiment results show that the automatic tracking device meets the design requirements, and has the characteristics of low power consumption and low cost. The experimental results show that the tracking Angle of the solar automatic tracking system has high tracking precision, high focusing ratio of parabolic tank and good heat collection performance.
