本文主要针对数控滚齿机自动送料机构进行系统的方案规划与论证研究。根据传动系统选型和参数计算的基本原理,对非标准化零部件做专门的设计,用动力学分析的方法来校核其承载能力,保证机械结构的可行性、稳定性。研制的数控滚齿机自动化供料装置由底座框架、主驱动轴、同步带组件、伺服执行器、支撑架、物料暂存仓、两侧定位推板机构、夹紧装置(集成气动缸单元、固定夹持块和导向杆)、辅助限位销和驱动气缸等几个主要单元组成。使用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立各部件的几何模型并进行整体装配仿真,用有限元分析技术对重要受力件施加应力分布检测和承载能力检验,最后用AutoCAD绘图软件制作出完整的零件加工图纸和相关装配指导文件,从而达到由概念设计到实际制造的技术转化目的。
本毕业设计研究成果、实践经验为数控滚齿机自动供料装置机械结构优化提供有力的理论支持和技术支撑,也给其他类似领域的科技创新给予可供参照的方法体系以及实践样本。

For the whole program analysis, selection and calculation of the transmission system, non-standard part design, etc., in the graduation Design of the pop-up discharging mechanism, and in order to ensure the feasibility and reliability of the designed mechanical device, the key parts of the overall structure strength analysis and check of the pop-up discharging mechanism are carried out. The basic structure of the pop-up discharging mechanism in this graduation Design is as follows: a base, a drive shaft, a drive wheel, a drive belt motor, a fixed seat, a material storage bin, a two-sided push rod, a clamping device cylinder, a clamping block, a clamping plate, a clamping shaft, a pushing cylinder, a pushing plate, etc. 3D Modeler was used to create part drawings of the pop-up discharging mechanism and the entire assembly in SolidWorks, and some key components were also subjected to strength analysis. Finally, AutoCAD graphic drawing software was used to complete the drawing of the key parts of the pop-up discharging mechanism part drawing and the general assembly drawing.
The Design and Research work carried out for this graduation project have laid the foundation for the structural Design of the mechanical device of the pop-up discharge mechanism. At the same time, it has also brought some reference values and ways for the related types of topics.
