Abstract
This paper presents the design of a music player based on the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller, aiming to achieve convenient music playback and control functionality. The music player incorporates various features, including MP3 music playback, pause/play control, previous/next track selection, volume adjustment, and playback mode selection. Additionally, a display screen and voice recognition module are introduced to provide data visualization and voice-controlled operations.The paper begins by introducing the background and significance of the music player design, analyzing the current market demands and existing issues in music players. Then, it provides a detailed description of the hardware platform, highlighting the characteristics and functionalities of the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller, as well as the principles and operation modes of each functional module.In terms of system implementation, this paper combines the MP3 decoding chip with the microcontroller to achieve music file decoding and playback. Through input from buttons and control from an encoder, operations such as pause/play, previous/next track, and volume adjustment are realized. The current playback information is displayed on the screen, allowing users to easily access song details and playback status. Furthermore, the integration of a voice recognition module enables users to control the music player through voice commands, enhancing the overall user experience.Finally, the paper conducts comprehensive testing and performance evaluation to validate the functionality and stability of the music player.
