功能简介:
1、通过MQ-2烟雾传感器检测厨房内烟雾浓度,若烟雾浓度小于设定最小阈值,油烟机风扇不工作;若烟雾浓度在设定上下限阈值之间,风扇低速转动;若烟雾浓度在大于设定最大阈值,风扇高速转动
2、通过DS18B20检测温度,若温度高于设定最大阈值,声光报警;
3、通过人体热释电感应模块检测是否有人,通过光敏电阻检测光照值,当有人且光照值小于设置最小值,则自动开灯
4、通过MX1508控制风扇,并利用PWM控制转速;
5、通过按键设置各阈值、调节风扇转速、开灯、切换模式;
6、通过显示屏显示测量值
7、通过WIFI模块将测量数据发送到手机端,并可以设置阈值、控制风扇转速、开灯以及模式切换

基于STM32单片机的智能抽烟机系统的设计与实现
摘要
吸油烟机作为人们烹饪时净化环境的主要装置,作为当前人们厨房中必不可少的一种家居,当前人们使用的大部分油烟机,都只有吸收油烟和照明的功能,但是在人们继续烹饪时,由于油温太高导致火灾的发生给人们的生命安全和财产安全带来巨大的损失。为了解决该问题,此次设计一款基于STM32F103C8T6未核心芯片,通过MQ-2烟雾传感器检测当前厨房中的烟雾浓度,检测到烟雾浓度大于用户设置的最小值,控制风扇低速运行,检测到烟雾浓度大于设置的最大值,控制风扇高速运行;通过温度检测模块DS18B20检测当前厨房的温度,检测到温度大于设置的最大值,为了防止火灾的发生,进行声光报警提醒用户;通过光敏电阻检测当前厨房的光照强度,检测到光照强度小于设置的最小值,且检测到有人,自动控制照明灯打开,此外用户可以通过手机查看当前厨房环境监测的情况,且可以通过手机设置烟雾、光照强度、温度的阈值。经过对实物测试,此次设计的油烟机其控制较为简单,且成本较低,可以节省大量的资源,可以广泛使用在人们的油烟机控制系统当中。

Abstract
Lampblack machine as the main device for purifying the environment when people cook, as an indispensable household in the kitchen, most of the lampblack machine used by people at present only has the function of absorbing lampblack and lighting, but when people continue to cook, the occurrence of fire caused by too high oil temperature brings huge losses to people’s life and property safety. In order to solve this problem, the design of a non-core chip based on STM32F103C8T6, through the MQ-2 smoke sensor to detect the current kitchen smoke concentration, detected the smoke concentration is greater than the minimum value set by the user, control the fan low speed operation, detected the smoke concentration is greater than the maximum value set, control the fan high speed operation; Through the temperature detection module DS18B20 to detect the current kitchen temperature, detected that the temperature is greater than the maximum value set, in order to prevent the occurrence of fire, sound and light alarm to remind the user; The light intensity of the current kitchen is detected through the photosensitive resistor. If the light intensity is less than the set minimum value and someone is detected, the lights will be automatically turned on. In addition, users can check the current kitchen environment monitoring through the mobile phone and set the smoke, light intensity and temperature threshold through the mobile phone. After the physical test, the design of the range hood control is relatively simple, and the cost is low, can save a lot of resources, can be widely used in people’s range hood control system.
