4、通过两个按键模拟想去的两个地方,可通过显示屏显示路线
5、通过震动传感器检测购物车是否撞击到货架,如果撞击到,则声光报警
6、通过一个按键进行商品总计结算,通过支付二维码进行支付

基于单片机的智能购物车设计与实现
摘要
随着生活智能化程度的提高,中国超市智能化程度也日新月异,商场购物也是人们生活必不可少的组成部分,但超市的运营模式也出现收费、称重排队等问题,浪费了顾客宝贵的时间并产生焦虑心理,购物体验和服务质量受到极大影响。
针对上述存在的问题,本文基于单片机技术设计了智能购物车系统,在没有扫码商品时,通过OLED显示屏可以显示出广告信息;通过按键切换系统当前的工作模式,在查看功能模式下,通过扫码枪扫描商品条形码可显示出商品名、生成日期、保质期、产地,5s后显示同类推荐商品;在结算模式下,通过扫码枪扫描商品条形码可显示出商品名、单价、数量;通过HX711可进行物体称重,通过RFID确定商品名以及单价,最终得出总价;通过两个按键选择想去的购物场所地方,可通过显示屏显示路线;通过震动传感器检测购物车是否撞击到货架,如果撞击到,则声光报警;通过一个按键进行商品总计结算,通过支付二维码进行支付。实现智能化自助消费模式,提高超市购物效率和增强客户体验感,为顾客营造轻松的购物环境。
Abstract
With the improvement of intelligent life, the intelligent degree of supermarkets in China is changing with each passing day, and shopping in shopping malls is also an indispensable part of people’s lives. However, the operation mode of supermarkets also has some problems such as charging, weighing and queuing, which wastes customers’ precious time and generates anxiety, thus greatly affecting the shopping experience and service quality.
Aiming at the above problems, this paper designs an intelligent shopping cart system based on single chip microcomputer technology, which can display advertising information through OLED display when there are no scanned products. Press the key to switch the current working mode of the system. In the viewing function mode, the commodity bar code can be scanned by the code scanner to display the commodity name, date of production, shelf life and place of origin. After 5s, similar recommended products can be displayed. In the settlement mode, by scanning the commodity bar code with a code scanner, the trade name, unit price and quantity can be displayed; The HX711 can be used to weigh objects, and the product name and unit price can be determined by RFID, and finally the total price can be obtained. Select the shopping place you want to go through two buttons, and display the route through the display screen; Whether the shopping cart hits the shelf is detected by a vibration sensor, and if so, an audible and visual alarm is given; The total settlement of goods is made by one button, and the payment is made by the payment QR code. Realize intelligent self-service consumption mode, improve supermarket shopping efficiency and enhance customer experience, and create a relaxed shopping environment for customers.
