1、通过液位传感器检测液位,当液位较低,通过GSM发送“消毒液过低,请更换”
2、通过非接触红外测温模块配合红外避障管检测是否有人测温,当触发红外避障管1.5s后进行锁定温度保持10s,当温度不在设置的上下限值之间,则声光报警,并通过GSM发送体温值和“体温偏高”或“体温偏低”提示信息。测温体温后,通过3个红外避障管进行消毒液喷洒挡位选择,分别为高中低三个挡位(利用MX1508+PWM控制雾化片),消毒5s后,进行5s的烘干(两个继电器接入风扇和加热片)
3、通过按键可设置体温上下限值
4、通过OLED显示测量数据
5、通过WIFI模块,可实时获取液位是否正常、体温检测值,也可手机端设置体温阈值

本毕业论文设计了一种基于单片机的消毒器,采用STM32F103C8T6单片机作为主控芯片。该消毒器具备以下功能:液位检测和报警:通过液位传感器检测液位,当液位较低时,通过GSM模块发送警报短信,提示用户更换消毒液。人体温度检测和报警:利用非接触红外测温模块和红外避障管检测人体温度,并进行相应的处理。当温度超过设定的上下限值时,系统会锁定温度并保持一定时间,同时通过声光报警和GSM模块发送体温值和警报信息。消毒液喷洒和烘干:通过三个红外避障管选择消毒液喷洒挡位,包括高、中、低三个挡位。通过MX1508和PWM控制雾化片,实现消毒液的喷洒。喷洒后,进行一定时间的烘干,通过继电器控制风扇和加热片。体温上下限设置:通过按键操作,用户可以设置体温的上下限值。数据显示和远程监控:通过OLED显示屏实时显示测量数据,包括液位状态和人体温度。同时,通过WIFI模块,用户可以实时获取液位状态和体温检测值,并可以通过手机端设置体温阈值。

Abstract
This graduation thesis presents the design of a microcontroller-based disinfection device, utilizing the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as the main control chip. The disinfection device is equipped with the following functionalities: liquid level detection and alarm, human body temperature detection and alarm, disinfectant spray and drying, temperature threshold setting, and data display with remote monitoring.The liquid level detection and alarm feature utilizes a liquid level sensor to monitor the level of the disinfectant. When the liquid level falls below a certain threshold, a GSM module is employed to send an alert SMS, notifying the user to replace the disinfectant.For human body temperature detection and alarm, a non-contact infrared temperature module and an infrared obstacle avoidance tube are employed. When the measured temperature exceeds the preset upper or lower limit, the system locks the temperature for a specific duration. Simultaneously, an audio-visual alarm is triggered, and the GSM module sends the temperature value and alert information.The disinfectant spray and drying process involve three infrared obstacle avoidance tubes to select the spray intensity (high, medium, or low). The MX1508 and PWM are utilized to control the atomization plate, enabling efficient disinfectant spraying. After spraying, a predetermined drying time is initiated, where relays control the fan and heating element.Users can set upper and lower temperature limits via a button interface, enabling customization of the temperature threshold.
To facilitate data visualization and remote monitoring, an OLED display is employed to show real-time measurements, including the liquid level status and human body temperature. Additionally, a WIFI module enables users to access real-time liquid level status and temperature measurements remotely via a mobile application, while also allowing for temperature threshold adjustments.
The design incorporates various sensors and modules to achieve intelligent control and monitoring of the disinfection device. By enabling remote monitoring and customization, users can conveniently access and control the operational status of the disinfection device, thereby enhancing safety and usability. The proposed design exhibits practicality and potential for widespread application in various settings that require effective disinfection.
