摘 要
本研究旨在设计一种智能安全帽,以提高工作场所中工人的安全保障。该安全帽基于STM32F103C8T6单片机,并整合了多种传感器和通信模块,具备多种功能。
首先,通过DHT11传感器检测环境的温湿度。当温湿度超出设定的上下限值时,系统将触发声光报警,提醒佩戴者采取相应的防护措施。其次,通过SGP30传感器监测CO2浓度。当CO2浓度超过预设的最大值时,系统将发出声光报警,以及时提醒佩戴者离开有害气体浓度过高的区域。第三,通过MQ-135传感器检测有害气体浓度。当有害气体浓度超过设定的最大值时,系统将发出声光报警,以保护佩戴者的健康。此外,系统利用光敏电阻获取环境的光照值。当光照值低于设定的最小值时,系统将自动打开照明灯,同时提供按键手动打开的选项。通过GPS模块获取佩戴者的经纬度信息,并通过按键一键发送位置信息,以便迅速定位佩戴者的位置。系统还提供按键设置各种阈值的功能,使佩戴者可以根据具体情况自定义设定。最后,通过OLED显示屏展示测量数据,使佩戴者可以直观地了解环境参数。通过4G模块将数据发送到手机端,手机端可以设置各种阈值,并通过一键操作获取佩戴者的位置信息,提供了便捷的远程监控和管理手段。

Abstract
This study aims to design an intelligent safety helmet to enhance the safety of workers in the workplace. The safety helmet is based on the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller and incorporates various sensors and communication modules, providing multiple functionalities.Firstly, the DHT11 sensor is used to detect the ambient temperature and humidity. When the temperature and humidity exceed the preset limits, the system triggers an audio-visual alarm to remind the wearer to take necessary protective measures. Secondly, the SGP30 sensor is employed to monitor the CO2 concentration. If the CO2 concentration exceeds the predefined maximum value, the system emits an audio-visual alarm, alerting the wearer to leave the area with high levels of harmful gases. Thirdly, the MQ-135 sensor is utilized to detect harmful gas concentrations. When the concentration of harmful gases surpasses the set maximum value, the system generates an audio-visual alarm to protect the wearer’s health.Moreover, the system utilizes a photosensitive resistor to measure the ambient light intensity. When the light intensity falls below the specified minimum value, the system automatically turns on the lighting system, while also providing a manual option to control the lighting. The GPS module is employed to acquire the wearer’s latitude and longitude information, and the system allows the wearer to send their location information with a single button press for quick localization.The system also offers the functionality to set various thresholds using buttons, allowing the wearer to customize settings based on specific requirements. Additionally, measurement data is displayed on an OLED screen, enabling the wearer to easily comprehend environmental parameters. The data is transmitted to a smartphone via a 4G module, where thresholds can be set and location information can be obtained with a single button press, providing a convenient remote monitoring and management solution.
By integrating multiple sensors and communication technologies, the intelligent safety helmet effectively monitors environmental parameters and issues timely alarms, offering comprehensive safety protection measures. The development and application of this system hold significant practical significance and are expected to find extensive use in industrial sectors.
