摘要
此次设计基于单片机的排队机的设计,采用STC89C52单片机作为主控模块。该设计旨在解决传统排队系统中等待时间长、人工操作繁琐的问题。通过按键挂号、模拟窗口办理、语音播报和LCD12864显示屏等功能,实现了排队机的自动化和便捷性。在研究中,通过单片机和相关模块的组合,成功实现了按键挂号、模拟窗口办理、语音播报和排号显示等功能。用户可以通过一个按键进行挂号,两个按键模拟两个窗口的办理过程。排队机会根据挂号顺序进行叫号,并通过语音播报模块进行呼叫提醒。同时,LCD12864显示屏会实时显示一号窗口和二号窗口的排号以及总的排号数,方便用户了解当前排队情况。
实验结果表明,基于单片机的排队机设计能够有效提升排队系统的效率和便利性。用户通过简单的按键操作即可挂号,无需手动填写排队表单,大大节省了时间和精力。语音播报和LCD显示功能使用户能够清晰地了解自己的排队状态,提高了用户体验和服务质量。本设计的实现价值在于提供了一种简单、实用的排队机解决方案,改善了传统排队系统的不足之处。通过单片机的应用,实现了排队过程的自动化和智能化,提升了排队效率和用户体验。未来可进一步优化和扩展该设计,如增加多窗口支持、数据统计分析功能等,以满足不同场景的排队需求。

Abstract
This study presents the design of a microcontroller-based queuing machine, using the STC89C52 microcontroller as the main control module. The aim of this design is to address the issues of long waiting times and cumbersome manual operations in traditional queuing systems. Through features such as button registration, simulated window processing, voice broadcasting, and an LCD12864 display, the queuing machine achieves automation and convenience.In this research, the combination of the microcontroller and related modules enables the successful implementation of button registration, simulated window processing, voice broadcasting, and queue number display. Users can register with a single button press, and two buttons simulate the operation of two service windows. The queuing machine calls out numbers according to the registration sequence and provides voice prompts using a voice broadcasting module. Additionally, an LCD12864 display continuously shows the queue numbers for Window 1, Window 2, and the total number of queues, allowing users to stay informed about the current queue status.Experimental results demonstrate that the microcontroller-based queuing machine effectively enhances the efficiency and convenience of queuing systems. Users can easily register with a simple button press, eliminating the need for manual paperwork and saving time and effort. The voice broadcasting and LCD display features provide clear information on queue status, improving the user experience and service quality.
The implementation of this design offers a simple and practical solution for queuing systems, addressing the limitations of traditional queuing methods. The application of a microcontroller enables automation and intelligence in the queuing process, enhancing queue efficiency and user experience. Future improvements and extensions could include support for multiple service windows and data analysis features to cater to different queuing requirements.
