摘要
本研究旨在设计和实现一款基于STM32F103C8T6单片机的穿戴式人体生理参数监测系统。该系统通过集成心率检测模块、OLED显示屏、蓝牙通信以及继电器控制等功能,实现了对用户心率及脉搏数的监测与报警。用户可通过按键操作启动监测,系统在10秒后获取并分析心率值,如心率值超出预设的上下限,系统将触发声光报警,同时通过继电器实现心肺复苏功能。系统设计包括硬件和软件两个部分。硬件方面,采用了STM32F103C8T6单片机作为核心控制器,通过心率检测模块获取用户心率信息,按键用于系统启动和参数设置,OLED显示屏实时显示监测结果,蓝牙模块实现与手机的数据交互。此外,继电器用于驱动心肺复苏装置。软件方面,设计了相应的算法用于心率值的检测与分析,实现了按键功能的响应以及参数设置功能。系统在监测过程中,通过OLED显示屏实时更新用户的心率数据,同时将数据传输至手机端,实现了远程监控。当心率值异常时,系统能够迅速作出反应,触发声光报警,以及通过继电器启动心肺复苏装置,提高了救援的效率和及时性。通过实验验证,本系统在监测用户心率和脉搏数方面具有较高的准确性和可靠性。同时,系统的蓝牙功能使得用户可以方便地通过手机获取监测数据,增加了系统的实用性和便捷性。本研究的实现为穿戴式人体生理参数监测领域提供了一种新的解决方案,具有一定的实际应用价值。

Abstract
This study aims to design and implement a wearable human physiological parameter monitoring system based on the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller. The system integrates functions such as heart rate detection module, OLED display, Bluetooth communication, and relay control, achieving monitoring and alarming of user heart rate and pulse rate. Users can initiate monitoring through button operation, and the system obtains and analyzes heart rate values after a 10-second delay. If the heart rate value exceeds the predefined upper or lower limits, the system triggers audio-visual alarms and activates the relay to implement cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The system design comprises both hardware and software components. On the hardware side, the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller serves as the core controller. The heart rate detection module captures user heart rate information, buttons facilitate system startup and parameter setting, the OLED display offers real-time monitoring results, and the Bluetooth module enables data exchange with mobile phones. Additionally, a relay is employed to drive the cardiopulmonary resuscitation device. In terms of software, algorithms are designed for heart rate detection and analysis, and functionality is provided for button response and parameter settings. During the monitoring process, the OLED display continuously updates the user’s heart rate data and transmits data to the mobile phone for remote monitoring. When the heart rate value deviates from normal, the system promptly responds by triggering audio-visual alarms and activating the relay for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, thereby enhancing the efficiency and timeliness of rescue operations. Experimental validation demonstrates the system’s high accuracy and reliability in monitoring user heart rate and pulse rate. Moreover, the Bluetooth functionality facilitates convenient access to monitoring data via smartphones, increasing the system’s practicality and convenience. The implementation of this study offers a novel solution in the field of wearable human physiological parameter monitoring, holding significant practical value.
