1、通过液位检测模块检测输液瓶液位,若没有液体,且为输液状态,则声光报警
2、通过红外对管检测液体流速,若流速大于设定最大阈值,则步进电机逆时针旋转10°,挤压输液管,
若小于设定最小阈值,则步进电机顺时针旋转10°,舒张输液管
3、通过颜色传感器检测是否出现回血,若出现,则声光报警
4、通过按键可设置流速上下限阈值、切换输液状态等
5、通过显示屏显示测量数据
6:当输液瓶用尽时,通过蓝牙模块发送“输液瓶已用尽,请更换!”
若出现回血,则发送“出现回血,请速速查看”,另外,还发送当前流速

本文介绍了一种基于单片机的医院输液监测系统,随着医疗科技的进步,对高精度治疗手段的需求越发凸显,为应对这一需求,各式医院输液监测系统得以崭新出现。该系统实现了多方面的功能:首先,通过液位检测模块监测输液瓶的液位情况,当在输液状态下出现液体耗尽时,系统会发出声光报警。其次,通过红外对管检测液体流速,系统根据设定的阈值控制步进电机的旋转方向,以调整输液管的挤压程度,维持合适的流速。颜色传感器用于监测回血现象,一旦检测到,系统会触发报警。系统还提供按键设置和显示屏显示功能,医护人员可通过按键设置流速阈值及切换输液状态,并在显示屏上实时查看测量数据。此外,蓝牙模块使系统能够通过无线通信发送警报信息,提示输液瓶用尽或出现回血情况,同时附带当前流速数据。该系统借助单片机技术,结合红外对管、传感器和无线通信设备,对传统静脉输液设备进行改进。这种创新不仅提高了病患对药物的吸收效率,减轻了医护人员的工作负担,还降低了静脉输液过程中医疗事故的发生几率。与其他输液监测系统相比,该系统具备运行稳定、性能可靠、成本较低以及能够满足临床需求等优势,因此具备较强的实际应用可行性。

Abstract
This paper presents a hospital intravenous infusion monitoring system based on a single-chip microcontroller. With the advancement of medical technology, the demand for high-precision treatment methods has become increasingly prominent, leading to the emergence of various hospital intravenous infusion monitoring systems to meet this demand. The system incorporates multiple functionalities: Firstly, it employs a liquid level detection module to monitor the liquid level in the infusion bottle. When the liquid is depleted during infusion, the system triggers an audio and visual alarm. Secondly, by utilizing infrared emitter-receiver pairs, the system monitors the fluid flow rate. Based on preset threshold values, the system controls the rotation direction of a stepper motor to adjust the compression of the infusion tube, thus maintaining an appropriate flow rate. A color sensor is employed to detect retrograde blood flow, and the system activates an alarm upon detection. The system also provides key setting and display functions. Healthcare providers can set flow rate thresholds and switch infusion states using buttons, while real-time measurement data can be viewed on the display screen. Additionally, a Bluetooth module enables wireless communication to transmit alarm messages indicating infusion bottle depletion or retrograde blood flow incidents, along with the current flow rate. Leveraging single-chip microcontroller technology, coupled with infrared emitter-receiver pairs, sensors, and wireless communication devices, this system enhances traditional intravenous infusion equipment. This innovation not only enhances patient drug absorption efficiency but also reduces the workload of medical staff and the likelihood of medical accidents during intravenous infusion. In comparison to other infusion monitoring systems, this system offers advantages such as stable operation, reliable performance, low cost, and the ability to meet clinical requirements, thus displaying strong feasibility for practical applications.
