Abstract
The project focuses on the development of an intelligent vehicle safety monitoring system using the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller. The goal is to enhance vehicle safety and driving experience during journeys. By integrating various sensors and communication modules, the system achieves comprehensive vehicle safety monitoring and data transmission capabilities. The main functionalities of the system include:Battery Voltage Monitoring: The system utilizes a potentiometer to simulate the detection of the vehicle’s battery voltage. When the voltage exceeds the predefined safe range, the system triggers a sound and light alarm to alert the driver for maintenance or charging.Tire Pressure Detection: A tire pressure monitoring module is integrated to continuously monitor the tire pressure of all vehicle wheels. If the tire pressure deviates from the specified range, the system activates a sound and light alarm to ensure driving safety.GPS Localization: The system employs a GPS module to obtain real-time latitude and longitude information of the vehicle, enabling accurate vehicle positioning for management and tracking purposes.Threshold Setting: By using buttons, drivers can set threshold values for various parameters such as battery voltage and tire pressure. This customization allows the system to adapt to different vehicle types and usage environments.OLED Display: An OLED screen is utilized to display real-time measurement data, enabling drivers to monitor vehicle status conveniently.Bluetooth Communication: A Bluetooth module is integrated to transmit vehicle monitoring data to a smartphone app. This allows drivers to remotely monitor vehicle status, receive alarm notifications, and access positioning data.Through the integration of these functionalities, the intelligent vehicle safety monitoring system offers comprehensive safety assurance for drivers, providing a sense of security and convenience while navigating the roads.
