具体功能:
1、通过DHT11检测孵化器内的温湿度值,当温湿度值不在设置的上下限值之间,进行加热制冷加湿除湿

3、通过RTC内部时钟获取时间,可设置补光时间,当补光时间到后,若此时光照值低于设置最小值,进行补光
4、通过热释电感应模块检测是否孵化完成,如果孵化完成,则声光报警
5、通过步进电机可翻动,可通过按键设定间隔多长时间翻一次
6、通过按键设置各阈值
7、通过OLED显示屏显示数据
8、通过WIFI模块,可将数据远程发送到手机端,手机端可控制加热制冷加湿除湿、补光、翻蛋

基于STM32的移动式实验孵化箱的设计
摘 要
我国人口众多,随着消费水平的升级,包括消费者对生活品质追求的提高,在基础食品的肉蛋禽领域,对从源头开始的蛋类生产,种质提升,国内国际许多科学家团队在进行这项工作,对于临床实验观测来说,大规模的露天的孵化基地,对于各项数据的把控达不到实验要求,仿生学原理制造出的实验式孵化箱设备应运而生。
本课题以STM32单片机为控制核心,通过DHT11检测孵化器内的温湿度值,如果温湿度值不在设置的上下限值之间,启动继电器进行加热制冷或加湿除湿,维持孵化器内的温湿度处于正常状态,通过光敏电阻检测孵化器光照值,根据光照强度进行是否补光,通过热释电感应模块检测是否孵化完成,通过步进电机进行翻蛋,可通过按键设定间隔多长时间翻一次,利用单片机原理与接口技术、传感器技术、数字电路电子技术、模拟电子技术等相关基本理论知识并结合实际,智能孵化系统的设计,为蛋类的孵化提供适宜的外部环境,进而提高孵化率和小鸡的健康水平,达到实验目的。

Design of egg turning system based on STM32 single chip microcomputer
ABSTRACT
China has a large population, and with the upgrading of consumption levels, including the improvement of consumers’ pursuit of quality of life, in the field of meat, eggs, and poultry in basic food, many domestic and international scientific teams are carrying out this work to improve egg production and germplasm from the source. For clinical experimental observation, large-scale outdoor incubation bases cannot meet the experimental requirements for controlling various data, The empirical formula incubator equipment manufactured by the principle of bionics came into being.
This project uses STM32 microcontroller as the control core, and detects the temperature and humidity values in the incubator through DHT11. If the temperature and humidity values are not between the upper and lower limits set, start the relay for heating and cooling or humidification and dehumidification, so as to maintain the temperature and humidity in the incubator in a normal state. Through the pyroelectric induction module to check whether the incubation is completed, through the stepping motor to turn the egg, the interval can be set by the key to turn once, using the principle of single chip microcomputer and interface technology, sensor technology, digital circuit electronic technology, analog electronic technology and other related basic theoretical knowledge combined with the actual design of intelligent incubation system. To provide a suitable external environment for the hatching of chicks, thus improving the hatching rate and the health level of chicks.
