基于单片机的非接触洗手液控制系统设计
摘要:新冠疫情形势下,人们使用消毒液的次数增多。在传统消毒液的使用方式下众多用户频繁按压喷嘴增加了病毒传播的机会。为此,因此此次设计设计一款非接触挤压自动洗手液,主要分为硬件设计和软件设计;硬件部分,采用STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片,采用红外避障管监测洗手液之前是否有人,监测到有人继电器控制水泵抽取定量的洗手液,从而实现用户定量非接触获取洗手液的目的,通过红外避障管监测烘干机前方是否有手,监测到有人,控制风扇和加热片进行工作,从而烘干用户的手,然后消毒器前方是否监测到有人,监测到有人,启动继电器带动雾化片进行消毒,直到手离开;软件设计:软件设计采用Keil5作为此次设计程序编程软件,采用AD作为此次设计的原理图和PCB的绘制软件,采用stc-isp作为此次设计程序的烧录软件,采用Visio作为此次设计的流程图绘制软件;通过软硬件配合进行设计,该设计当监测到洗手液之前有人时,简单非接触抽取定量的洗手液,监测到无人时,自动进行关闭干净卫生避免接触感染的问题。
Design of non-contact hand sanitizer control system based on single chip microcomputer
Abstract:The use of sanitizer has increased amid the COVID-19 pandemic. With traditional sanitizers, the frequent pressing of the nozzle by many users increases the chance of the virus spreading. Therefore, the design of a non-contact extrusion automatic hand sanitizer, mainly divided into hardware design and software design; In the hardware part, STC89C52 microcontroller is used as the main control chip, and infrared obstacle avoidance tube is used to monitor whether there is someone before the hand sanitizer. When someone is detected, relay control pump is used to extract quantitative hand sanitizer, so as to realize the purpose of quantitative non-contact acquisition of hand sanitizer by users. Control the fan and heating plate to work, so as to dry the user’s hands. Then, if there is someone in front of the sterilizer, start the relay to drive the atomizing plate to disinfect until the hand leaves; Software design: Keil5 is used as the programming software of this design, AD is used as the schematic diagram and PCB drawing software of this design, stc-isp is used as the burning software of this design program, and Visio is used as the flowchart drawing software of this design. The design is carried out through the cooperation of hardware and software. When the hand sanitizer is detected, a quantitative hand sanitizer is simply extracted without contact. When no one is detected, it is automatically shut down and clean to avoid the problem of contact with infection.
