摘 要
地铁门系统作为城轨车辆关键部件,其性能的好坏直接决定着列车的运营。为了保证设计的门系统性能能够满足要求,需要对其进行性能检测试验。为了提高地铁门的安全性,从经济性、可行性角度出发,设计出一款智能地铁门监测系统势在必行。本设计采用STM32单片机作为主控芯片,通过RTC内部时钟获取实时时间,并进行时间修正,通过TTS语音播报模块播报3个不同的站点信息,地铁到站之后,通过红外避障管检测地铁是否停靠,如果停靠好后,语音播报“*站到了,开*测车门”,对应站台LED灯点亮,步进电机正转,对应侧的车门打开,10s后,蜂鸣器报警3声,步进电机反转,对应侧的车门自动关闭,在关闭途中,通过分离式红外对射管检测是否有人,若有,则停止5s后再次关门,通过OLED显示屏对实时时间和站台信息进行显示,地铁门监测系统的各模块相互配合,共同完成地铁门的开关过程。通过实物测试,该智能地铁开关门系统不仅克服了传统地铁门的缺点,而且使用简单,能够为乘客提供更加便捷、安全的出行方式。

Abstract
As a key component of urban rail vehicles, the performance of subway gate system directly determines the operation of trains. In order to ensure that the performance of the designed door system can meet the requirements, it is necessary to carry out performance testing. In order to improve the safety of subway door, it is imperative to design an intelligent subway door monitoring system from the perspective of economy and feasibility.This design uses STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip, obtains real-time time through RTC internal clock, and corrects the time, broadcasts information of three different stations through TTS voice broadcast module, and detects whether the subway stops after the subway arrives at the station through infrared obstacle avoidance tube. If the subway stops well, the voice will announce “* station is here, open * test door”. The corresponding platform LED light is on, the stepper motor is turning, and the door on the corresponding side is opened. 10s later, the buzzer will make 3 sounds, the stepper motor will reverse, and the door on the corresponding side will automatically close. During the closing process, the separated infrared reflector will detect whether anyone is there, and if so, the door will be closed again after 5s, and the real-time time and platform information will be displayed through the OLED display screen. The modules of the subway door monitoring system cooperate with each other to complete the opening and closing process of the subway door.Through the physical test, the intelligent subway door opening system not only overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional subway door, but also is simple to use, and can provide passengers with a more convenient and safe way to travel.
