随着我国人口的剧增,住房问题越来越紧张。为了实现居住空间的有效利用,大多消费者更喜欢定制家具,尤其是智能化的除湿消毒衣柜,衣柜内常常会选择合适的功能产品予以搭配,以丰富衣柜内部的功能,进而提升消费者使用的体验感。本文将以定制衣柜为研究对象,运用文献的研究、实物测试等方式,结合人性化、定制化的设计规则进行研究分析。基于STC89C52单片机开发一款智能除湿消毒衣柜,通过DHT11传感器检测衣柜内的温湿度,通过DS1302获取当前时间,并能定时进行衣柜内紫外线消毒,通过人体热释电感应模块检测衣柜门前是否有人,通过按键修改时间、设置消毒灯打开和关闭时间、设置湿度阈值等,并通过显示屏将相关数据进行显示。以上模块的相互配合,共同完成衣柜系统的搭建。实物测试表明,该衣柜环境监测系统能够有效对衣柜所处环境的相关参数进行监测,并通过相关器件完成相关参数的调节,使衣柜的收纳环境处于适宜的状态,提高消费者的使用体验。

Abstract
With the rapid growth of China’s population, the housing problem is becoming increasingly tense. In order to achieve effective utilization of living space, most consumers prefer customized furniture, especially intelligent dehumidification and disinfection wardrobes. Suitable functional products are often selected to complement the wardrobes to enrich their internal functions and enhance the consumer experience.This article will take customized wardrobes as the research object, using literature research, physical testing, and other methods, combined with humanized and customized design rules for research and analysis. Based on the STC89C52 microcontroller, an intelligent dehumidification and disinfection wardrobe is developed. The temperature and humidity inside the wardrobe are detected using DHT11 sensors, the current time is obtained through DS1302, and UV disinfection inside the wardrobe can be carried out on a regular basis. The human body pyroelectric sensing module detects whether there is anyone in front of the wardrobe door, and the time is modified by pressing buttons, the disinfection light on and off time is set, and the humidity threshold is set. The relevant data is displayed on the display screen. The above modules work together to complete the construction of the wardrobe system.Physical testing has shown that the wardrobe environment monitoring system can effectively monitor the relevant parameters of the environment where the wardrobe is located, and adjust the relevant parameters through relevant devices to ensure that the storage environment of the wardrobe is in a suitable state and improve the user experience.
