摘 要
随着能源短缺和环境污染等问题的不断出现,绿色能源受到广泛关注。太阳能热水器作为常见的节能环保家电,在日常生活中占据着重要地位。为了有效提高热水器的使用效率,需要对热水器相关参数进行实时监测,使热水器的使用更加方便快捷。本设计采用STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片,通过超声波模块检测热水器水箱水位,通过防水式DS18B20测量水温,通过RFID刷卡用水,通过LCD1602显示水位、水温、剩余使用次数,除此之外,还使用蓝牙模块进行无线通信,可以将相关参数传输到手机上进行显示,也可以实现手机控制热水器的功能。各传感器可以将监测到的相关参数传输到主控芯片,通过单片机对相关数据进行分析和处理,控制相应的外围设备进行动作,使相关参数处于适宜的范围之内,有效保障热水器的正常适宜,使热水器的使用效果达到最佳状态。测试结果表明,该太阳能热水器控制系统能够正常监测相关参数,并进行有效调整相关参数,使热水器的使用更加人性化和便捷化。

Abstract
With the continuous emergence of energy shortages and environmental pollution, green energy has received widespread attention. As a common energy-saving and environmentally friendly household appliance, solar water heaters play an important role in daily life. In order to effectively improve the efficiency of water heaters, real-time monitoring of water heater related parameters is necessary to make the use of the water heater more convenient and efficient.This design uses the STC89C52 microcontroller as the main control chip, detects the water level in the water heater tank through an ultrasonic module, measures the water temperature through a waterproof DS18B20, uses RFID card to swipe water, displays the water level, water temperature, and remaining usage times through LCD1602. In addition, Bluetooth module is also used for wireless communication, which can transmit relevant parameters to the phone for display, and also achieve the function of controlling the water heater through the phone. Each sensor can transmit the monitored relevant parameters to the main control chip, analyze and process the relevant data through the microcontroller, control the corresponding peripheral devices to act, keep the relevant parameters within the appropriate range, effectively ensure the normal and suitable use of the water heater, and achieve the best use effect of the water heater.The test results indicate that the solar water heater control system can monitor relevant parameters normally and effectively adjust them, making the use of the water heater more user-friendly and convenient.
