This paper presents a rapid clothes drying device based on the STC89C52 microcontroller. The device utilizes multiple sensors and control modules to monitor and control the humidity of clothes, providing efficient drying functionality.In terms of functionality, the device uses a DHT11 sensor to detect the humidity of clothes and controls the operation of the fan and heater based on set minimum and maximum values. When the humidity is between the minimum and maximum values, the device activates the fan and operates in a low airflow mode with the heater for drying. If the humidity exceeds the maximum value, the device activates the fan in a high airflow mode along with the heater for accelerated drying. When the humidity falls below the minimum value again, the device triggers a 3-second alarm through a buzzer to indicate the completion of the drying process. To prevent damage to the heater, the device employs a waterproof DS18B20 sensor to monitor the temperature of the warm air being blown. If the temperature exceeds the set maximum value, the device automatically stops the drying operation. Furthermore, the device incorporates an internal timer for precise drying time tracking.Users can customize the temperature and humidity thresholds using the onboard buttons, catering to individual preferences. Real-time data, including humidity, temperature, and drying time, is displayed on an LCD1602 screen, providing a visual interface for operation and monitoring.By implementing these features, the microcontroller-based rapid clothes drying device effectively controls the humidity of clothes and accelerates the drying process, enhancing drying efficiency. This design is user-friendly, compact, and suitable for home and small-scale drying facilities, offering an improved user experience and increased device intelligence..
