This graduation thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a glass cleaning system. The system utilizes the STC89C52 microcontroller and relevant modules to enable the setting of cleaning duration through buttons. It employs a water pump for spraying water, a motor for simulating cleaning, and another motor for simulating drying. Additionally, a display screen is used to show the cleaning duration and the current step. The background of this research is to enhance the efficiency and convenience of glass cleaning, addressing the laborious and time-consuming process associated with traditional manual cleaning methods. Through experimental verification, the system successfully achieves functions such as setting the cleaning duration, water pump spraying, motor simulating cleaning and drying, and displaying the cleaning duration and current step on the screen. This design provides a simple and practical solution for automating glass cleaning, improving efficiency, and enhancing user experience. It holds significant practical value.
