当前,中药仍然采用传统的存贮方式,存在药材管理不善、取药速度慢等缺陷,为了改善中药的存贮环境,保障中药的药效,智能中药柜的研发生产势在必行。本文基于单片机和传感器技术,设计一款智能中药环境参数监测和控制系统。采用STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片;采用DHT11温湿度传感器对药箱的温湿度进行实时监测;采用按键对药箱进行阈值设置、模式切换和界面切换;采用LCD1602显示屏对药箱的实时温湿度和设置阈值进行显示;采用4个继电器对药箱的温湿度参数进行调节,使药箱的处于适宜中药存储的最佳状态;采用声光报警器进行声光报警提醒药箱管理员;通过上述模块相互配合,完成系统的预设功能,该智能药箱管理系统实时监测药箱内的中药储存情况,对保障中药的药效起到关键作用。该系统的研究和开发,解决了药箱的存储安全、药材管理等问题,极大的提高了中药管理员的工作效率。

Abstract
At present, traditional Chinese medicine is still stored in the traditional way, with defects such as poor management of medicinal materials and slow taking of medicines. In order to improve the storage environment of traditional Chinese medicine and ensure the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, the research and development of intelligent Chinese medicine cabinet is imperative.Based on single chip microcomputer and sensor technology, this paper designs an intelligent Chinese medicine environmental parameter monitoring and control system. STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip; DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor is used to monitor the temperature and humidity of medicine cabinet in real time. The threshold setting, mode switching and interface switching of medicine cabinet are carried out by pressing buttons. LCD1602 display screen is used to display the real-time temperature and humidity of the medicine cabinet and the setting threshold. Four relays are used to adjust the temperature and humidity parameters of the medicine cabinet, so that the medicine cabinet is in the best state suitable for the storage of traditional Chinese medicine. The sound and light alarm is used to remind the medicine cabinet manager; Through the cooperation of the above modules, the preset functions of the system are completed. The intelligent medicine cabinet management system monitors the storage of traditional Chinese medicine in the medicine cabinet in real time and plays a key role in ensuring the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. The research and development of this system has solved the problems of storage safety of medicine cabinet, medicine management and so on, and greatly improved the work efficiency of Chinese medicine administrators.
