摘 要
烟草物流在烟草产业链中占据重要地位,其运输过程中的环境控制和安全管理对烟草品质的保障至关重要。传统物流监控手段存在效率低、响应慢等问题,难以满足现代烟草物流对环境控制和安全监控的严格要求。因此,设计一套智能化的烟草物流监测系统,实现对运输车环境的实时监测与远程控制,对于提升烟草物流的安全性和可靠性具有重要意义。
本系统通过GPS获取运输车的位置信息,并利用DHT11检测车内的温湿度,当温湿度超出设定范围时自动除湿或报警,并发送提示信息。霍尔传感器用于检测车门状态,车门被打开时触发报警并发送提示信息,可通过手机APP取消监测。MQ-2烟雾传感器用于检测烟雾浓度,超标时触发报警并发送提示信息。用户可通过按键设置各阈值,并通过OLED显示屏查看实时数据。系统通过4G模块将数据发送到手机端,支持远程设置阈值。
该系统旨在提高烟草物流运输的安全性和环境控制精度。通过实时监测和远程控制,系统能够及时发现并处理环境异常,保障烟草品质。声光报警和提示信息功能确保管理人员能够迅速响应潜在风险,减少损失。手机APP的远程控制功能提高了管理的灵活性和效率,为烟草物流行业提供了智能化的解决方案。

Abstract
Tobacco logistics plays an important role in the tobacco industry chain, and the environmental control and safety management in the transportation process are very important to the guarantee of tobacco quality. Traditional logistics monitoring means have problems such as low efficiency and slow response, and it is difficult to meet the strict requirements of modern tobacco logistics on environmental control and safety monitoring. Therefore, it is of great significance to design a set of intelligent tobacco logistics monitoring system to realize real-time monitoring and remote control of the safety and reliability of tobacco logistics.
The system obtains the position information of the transport vehicle through GPS, and uses DHT 11 to detect the temperature and humidity in the vehicle, automatically humidify or alarm when the temperature and humidity exceed the set range, and sends prompt information. The Hall sensor is used to detect the state of the door. When the door is opened, an alarm is triggered and a prompt message is sent, and the monitoring can be cancelled through the mobile phone APP. MQ-2 smoke sensor is used to detect smoke concentration, trigger alarm and send prompt information when it exceeds the standard. Users can set each threshold through the key and view the real-time data through the OLED display. The system sends the data to the mobile phone through the 4G module and supports the remote threshold setting.
The system aims to improve the safety and environmental control accuracy of tobacco logistics transportation. Through real-time monitoring and remote control, the system can detect and deal with ensure the quality of tobacco. The sound and light alarm and prompt information function ensures that managers can respond quickly to potential risks and reduce losses. The remote control function of mobile APP improves the flexibility and efficiency of management, and provides intelligent solutions for the tobacco logistics industry.
