摘 要
随着物联网技术不断发展，自动售货机作为智能零售设备当中的典型代表，其智能化以及交互性已然成为提升用户体验与运营效率的关键所在，不过传统自动售货机存在功能较为单一的情况，并且缺乏有效的远程管理以及用户交互，开发一款拥有智能交互以及远程监控功能的自动售货机便显得相当关键。
本研究设计并实现一款自动售货机系统，它集成了智能交互、远程管理以及数据保存功能，此系统基于STC12C5A6052单片机进行设计，还结合了3×3矩阵键盘、LCD12864显示屏、红外计数管、AT24C02存储器、蓝牙模块以及语音播报功能，以此来达成商品选择、支付、库存管理以及远程监控等功能。该系统借助矩阵键盘和LCD显示屏提供直观的商品选择界面，依靠红外计数管和步进电机保障交易的准确性，依靠AT24C02存储器和蓝牙模块实现数据的持久化以及远程监控，并且增添了语音播报功能来提高交互性。
本研究设计的智能自动售货机系统切实提高了用户体验，同时也提高了运营效率，充分呈现了物联网技术在传统零售设备中的应用潜力，未来研究可探寻更多智能化功能，像是移动支付集成、大数据分析以及更高级的远程监控技术等，优化自动售货机的性能以及用户体验。

Abstract
Now that the Internet of Things is developing faster and faster, vending machines, as the most common type of smart retail devices, are getting smarter and more engaged with people, which is particularly important for improving user experience and operational efficiency. But the old vending machines we usually see are relatively simple, can not be remotely managed, and interact with users very little. So when developing new vending machines, the focus is on how to make them smarter, remotely monitored, and have a better interactive experience with users.
The main research of this paper is how to make a smarter vending machine, which can interact with people and monitor and store data remotely. We use the STC12C5A6052 microcontroller as the main control chip, with a 3×3 matrix keyboard and LCD12864 display, so that people who buy things can easily choose goods. In order to ensure that the transaction is not wrong, we also installed an infrared counting tube and stepper motor to accurately control shipments.The freighter adds the voice broadcast function, so that when shopping, there will be voice prompts, which is simpler to operate.
The intelligent vending machine system made this research does make it more convenient for users to use, and the machine runs more smoothly, which makes us see that the Internet of Things technology is really developing on traditional retail equipment. Next, we can continue to study some of the more intelligent functions, such as making mobile payment better, adding big data analysis to understand user needs, and developing more powerful remote monitoring technology, so that the vending machine can be used more handy, and the work efficiency can become higher.
