随着居家瘫痪老人数量的增加,老人健康监护问题日益凸显。为解决这一难题,本文设计并实现了一款基于STM32单片机的居家瘫痪老人床监护系统。该系统集成了多种传感器与智能控制模块,旨在为瘫痪老人提供全面、实时的健康监护。
该系统采用心率血氧传感器,实时监测老人的心率与血氧饱和度,评估其心血管健康状态;利用体温检测模块检测体温变化,及时发现老人的发热或低温状况。尿床检测模块可以检测老人是否出现尿床情况,提升护理的及时性与舒适度。通过语音识别模块,老人可轻松控制舵机与步进电机,实现自主体位调整,提高生活质量。通过WiFi模块可以将监护数据实时传输至手机端,家属或护理人员可随时随地查看老人健康状态,并远程设置参数阈值、控制设备报警状态。当检测数据超出预设范围时,系统将自动触发声光报警,确保紧急情况能得到及时处理。
该居家瘫痪老人床监护系统的设计与实现,不仅为瘫痪老人提供了全方位、智能化的健康监护,还极大地减轻了家属与护理人员的负担。通过精准监测与高效管理,为提升瘫痪老人的生活质量与健康水平提供了有力支持。

With the increase of the number of paralyzed elderly people at home, the problem of health care of the elderly has become increasingly prominent. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs and implements a STM 32 single-based home paralyzed elderly bed monitoring system. The system integrates a variety of sensors and intelligent control modules, aiming to provide comprehensive and real-time health monitoring for the paralyzed elderly.
The system uses heart rate blood oxygen sensor to monitor the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in real time and assess the cardiovascular health status; use the body temperature detection module to detect body temperature changes and timely detect the fever or low temperature of the elderly. The bed-wetting testing module can detect whether the elderly have bed-wetting conditions, and improve the timeliness and comfort of nursing. Through the speech recognition module, the elderly can easily control the steering gear and stepper motor, realize the autonomous position adjustment, and improve the quality of life. Through the WiFi module, the monitoring data is transmitted to the mobile phone in real time. The family members or nursing staff can check the health status of the elderly anytime and anywhere, and remotely set the parameter threshold and control the alarm status of the device. Once the detection data exceeds the preset range, the system will automatically trigger the sound and optical alarm to ensure that the emergency is handled in time.

The design and realization of the home bed monitoring system for the disabled elderly not only provides all-round and intelligent health monitoring for the paralyzed elderly, but also greatly reduces the burden of family members and nursing staff. Through accurate monitoring and efficient management, it provides strong support for improving the quality of life and health level of the paralyzed elderly.
