随着粮食仓储行业的智能化发展,粮仓贮藏环境的稳定与安全对保障粮食品质、减少损耗具有关键作用。传统粮仓管理依赖人工巡检,存在监测滞后、参数控制不精准、人力成本高等问题,难以满足现代化粮食贮藏对环境实时监控的需求。
基于 STM32F103C8T6 单片机的粮仓贮藏环境参数安全监测预警系统(项目编号:mcuclub-dz-737),整合了温湿度传感器、SGP30 二氧化碳传感器、按键、显示屏、声光报警模块等核心组件,实现了粮仓贮藏环境的自动化监测与安全预警。系统核心功能包括:通过温湿度传感器实时监测粮仓内温度和湿度,通过 SGP30 传感器精准检测环境中二氧化碳浓度,全面捕捉影响粮食存储的关键环境参数;各项监测数据通过显示屏实时可视化呈现,便于管理人员直观掌握粮仓状态;支持通过按键灵活设置温湿度安全阈值及二氧化碳浓度最值,适配不同粮食的存储需求;当检测到温湿度或二氧化碳浓度超出预设安全范围时,系统立即触发声光报警,及时提醒管理人员进行干预。
该系统的实现,有效提升了粮仓环境监测的实时性与准确性,通过自动化预警机制减少了人工巡检的盲区,为粮食安全贮藏提供了可靠的技术支持,同时为同类仓储环境监测设备的研发提供了参考,具有较强的实际应用价值。

ABSTRACT
With the intelligent development of the grain storage industry, the stability and safety of the granary storage environment play a crucial role in ensuring grain quality and reducing losses. Traditional granary management relies on manual inspections, which have problems such as delayed monitoring, inaccurate parameter control, and high labor costs, making it difficult to meet the needs of modern grain storage for real-time environmental monitoring.
The granary storage environment parameter safety monitoring and early warning system (Project No.: mcuclub-dz-737) based on the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller integrates core components such as temperature and humidity sensors, SGP30 carbon dioxide sensors, buttons, displays, and sound and light alarm modules to realize automatic monitoring and safety early warning of the granary storage environment. The core functions of the system include: real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in the granary through temperature and humidity sensors, and accurate detection of carbon dioxide concentration in the environment through SGP30 sensors, comprehensively capturing key environmental parameters affecting grain storage; real-time visual presentation of various monitoring data through the display, facilitating managers to intuitively grasp the granary status; flexible setting of temperature and humidity safety thresholds and maximum/minimum carbon dioxide concentration through buttons to adapt to the storage needs of different grains; when it is detected that the temperature, humidity, or carbon dioxide concentration exceeds the preset safety range, the system immediately triggers a sound and light alarm to promptly remind managers to intervene.
The implementation of this system effectively improves the real-time performance and accuracy of granary environment monitoring, reduces the blind spots of manual inspections through an automated early warning mechanism, provides reliable technical support for safe grain storage, and also provides a reference for the research and development of similar storage environment monitoring equipment, with strong practical application value.
