随着生活品质的提升,鞋柜作为日常家居的重要组成部分,其内部环境的清洁与卫生对保障足部健康、改善居住环境具有重要意义。传统的鞋柜依赖人工清洁与维护,不仅清洁不及时、效果有限,还存在异味残留、细菌滋生等问题,难以满足现代家庭对健康生活的需求。
基于 STM32F103C8T6 单片机的智能鞋柜设计(项目编号:mcuclub-dz-760),整合了 MQ-135 臭气传感器、GP2Y10 灰尘浓度传感器、霍尔传感器 KY-003、按键、OLED 显示模块、紫外线消毒装置、风扇及报警装置,实现了鞋柜环境的自动化监测与智能清洁管理。系统核心功能包括:通过 MQ-135 实时检测鞋柜内臭气浓度,借助 GP2Y10 监测灰尘浓度,利用霍尔传感器 KY-003 感知柜门开关状态;当检测到臭气或灰尘浓度超过最大值且柜门关闭时,自动启动紫外线消毒装置进行消毒,同时开启风扇通风换气;若柜门打开时间超过设定最大值,系统触发报警提醒;支持通过按键设置臭气和灰尘的最大值、柜门打开时间最大值;通过 OLED 显示模块实时显示各项测量数据及设备运行状态。
该系统的实现,有效提升了鞋柜管理的自动化与智能化水平,减少了人工清洁的频率,确保了鞋柜内部环境的洁净与卫生,为家庭健康生活提供了便捷、可靠的解决方案,同时为同类家居智能清洁设备的研发提供了参考,具有一定的实际应用价值。

ABSTRACT
With the improvement of living standards, shoe cabinets, as an important part of daily home furnishings, their internal environment cleanliness and hygiene are of great significance for ensuring foot health and improving the living environment. Traditional shoe cabinets rely on manual cleaning and maintenance, which not only result in untimely cleaning and limited effectiveness, but also have problems such as residual odors and bacterial growth, making it difficult to meet the needs of modern families for a healthy life.
The design of the intelligent shoe cabinet based on the STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer (Project No.: mcuclub-dz-760) integrates MQ-135 odor sensor, GP2Y10 dust concentration sensor, Hall sensor KY-003, buttons, OLED display module, ultraviolet disinfection device, fan and alarm device, realizing automatic monitoring and intelligent cleaning management of the shoe cabinet environment. The core functions of the system include: real-time detection of odor concentration in the shoe cabinet through MQ-135, monitoring of dust concentration through GP2Y10, and sensing of the switch state of the shoe cabinet door through Hall sensor KY-003; when the detected odor or dust concentration exceeds the maximum value and the cabinet door is closed, the ultraviolet disinfection device is automatically activated for disinfection, and the fan is turned on for ventilation at the same time; if the cabinet door is open for longer than the set maximum time, the system triggers an alarm reminder; it supports setting the maximum values of ammonia gas, dust and the maximum opening time of the cabinet door through buttons; real-time display of various measurement data and equipment operating status through the OLED display module.
The implementation of this system effectively improves the automation and intelligence level of shoe cabinet management, reduces the frequency of manual cleaning, ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of the internal environment of the shoe cabinet, provides a convenient and reliable solution for family healthy life, and also provides a reference for the research and development of similar home intelligent cleaning equipment, with high practical application value.
