摘要: 面粉厂在生产过程中会产生大量粉尘,这些粉尘不仅影响空气质量,还可能引发爆炸等安全事故,对工人健康和生产安全构成严重威胁。因此,设计一套能够实时监测和清除粉尘的系统至关重要。基于单片机的面粉厂粉尘监测清除系统,通过集成先进的传感器和控制技术,实现了对粉尘浓度的实时监测和自动清除,保障了生产环境的安全。本系统采用GP2Y10粉尘传感器实时监测环境中的粉尘浓度。当粉尘浓度超过预设的最大值时,系统会触发声光报警,并通过语音播报提醒工作人员。同时,系统自动控制雾化片打开,以清除粉尘。用户可以通过按键设置粉尘浓度的最大值,并通过LCD1602显示屏实时查看当前粉尘浓度和设定的最大值。该粉尘监测清除系统旨在提高面粉厂的生产安全性和环境质量。通过实时监测粉尘浓度并自动清除超标粉尘,系统能够有效降低粉尘爆炸的风险,保护工人健康。声光报警和语音播报功能确保了工作人员能够及时采取措施,进一步增强了系统的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract: Flour mills will produce a large amount of dust in the production process, which not only affects the air quality, but also may cause explosions and other safety accidents, posing a serious threat to the health of workers and production safety. Therefore, it is crucial to design a system that can monitor and remove dust in real time. Single-chip microcomputer-based flour mill dust monitoring and removal system, through the integration of advanced sensors and control technology, to realize the dust concentration of real-time monitoring and automatic removal, to ensure the safety of the production environment. The system uses the GP2Y10 dust sensor to monitor the dust concentration in the environment in real time. When the dust concentration exceeds the preset maximum value, the system will trigger the acoustic and optical alarm and remind the staff through voice broadcast. At the same time, the system automatically controls the ventilation fan to open, in order to remove the dust. Users can set the maximum value of the dust concentration by pressing the key, and view the current dust concentration and the set maximum value in real time through the LCD1602 display. The dust monitoring and removal system aims to improve the production safety and environmental quality of flour mills. Through real-time monitoring of dust concentration and automatic removal of excessive dust, the system can effectively reduce the risk of dust explosion and protect the health of workers. Audio and visual alarm and voice broadcasting functions ensure that the staff can take timely measures to further enhance the security and reliability of the system
