红外智能垃圾桶

摘要

随着社会经济的快速发展和人们环保意识的日益增强,传统垃圾桶在垃圾处理和管理方面所存在的问题越来越受到人们的关注。这些垃圾桶通常功能比较单一,缺乏自动提醒清理垃圾桶的功能,也没有智能化管理的特性,这无疑给使用者带来了诸多不便。因此,为了满足现代生活的需求,设计一款具备智能化功能的垃圾桶显得尤为迫切。针对这一需求,红外智能垃圾桶应运而生。

这款垃圾桶具有如下功能:第一,运用了红外感应的方式控制垃圾桶的开关,当红外检测到物体时垃圾桶盖打开,并延时关闭;第二,运用分离式红外对射管技术,通过精准测算发射管与接收管之间红外线的遮挡程度,来实时、精确地检测垃圾桶内垃圾的装填状况,一旦检测到满溢状态,垃圾桶便会立即自动锁定,从机械结构和软件指令双重层面阻止进一步的垃圾投入,集成的声光报警系统迅速启动,发出警报声与警示灯光,提醒用户垃圾桶已满,并以引起管理人员的注意,及时清理垃圾桶;第四,搭载蓝牙模块,与智能手机等智能设备适配后,能实现无线开关盖的功能。管理人员无需走到垃圾桶旁,在一定距离内即可通过手机端远程控制垃圾桶盖的开关,并且能过控制因满桶锁定的垃圾桶的开关,完成满桶垃圾桶的清理;第五,通过高分辨率的OLED显示屏显示垃圾桶状态信息,如垃圾桶类型、对应可投放的垃圾名称、垃圾桶电量以及当前是否满桶等;第六,系统内置了高效太阳能板,将太阳能转化为电能,为内置锂电池充电。电量监测模块实时监控电池电量,反馈给用户,保障垃圾桶的持续运行。

红外智能垃圾桶的创新设计,不仅实现了传统垃圾桶的智能化升级,而且通过智能化功能显著减少了人工操作的需要。这不仅提高了垃圾处理的卫生性和便捷性,而且其自动提醒功能极大地提升了用户的使用体验。同时,这种垃圾桶有效降低了环境污染的风险,因此它具有非常广泛的应用前景和市场潜力。

Infrared smart trash can

Abstract

With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the problems existing in the garbage disposal and management of traditional trash cans have attracted more and more attention. These garbage cans usually have a simple function, lacking the function of automatic reminder to clean the garbage, and without the intelligent management, which undoubtedly brings a lot of inconvenience to users. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of modern life, it is particularly urgent to design a trash can with intelligent function.In response to this demand, infrared intelligent trash cans have emerged.

This trash can has the following functions: Firstly, it uses infrared sensing to control the switch of the trash can. When the infrared detects an object, the trash can lid opens and closes with a delay; Secondly, using the separated infrared tube technology, the real-time and accurate detection of the filling status of garbage in the garbage bin is achieved by accurately measuring the degree of infrared obstruction between the transmitting tube and the receiving tube. Once the overflow state is detected, the garbage bin will immediately lock automatically, preventing further garbage input from both the mechanical structure and software instructions. The integrated sound and light alarm system will quickly start, emitting alarm sounds and warning lights to remind users that the garbage bin is full, and to attract the attention of management personnel to clean the garbage bin in a timely manner; Fourthly, equipped with a Bluetooth module, it can achieve the function of wireless switch cover when adapted with smart devices such as smartphones. Management personnel do not need to walk to the garbage bin, they can remotely control the switch of the garbage bin cover through their mobile phone within a certain distance, and can complete the cleaning of the full bin by controlling the switch of the garbage bin locked due to being full; Fifth, display the status information of the garbage bin through a high-resolution OLED display screen, such as the type of garbage bin, the corresponding names of garbage that can be disposed of, the energy level of the garbage bin, and whether the bin is currently full; Sixth, the system is equipped with high-efficiency solar panels that convert solar energy into electrical energy to charge the built-in lithium battery. The power monitoring module monitors the battery power in real-time and provides feedback to the user to ensure the continuous operation of the trash can.The innovative design of infrared intelligent garbage bins not only achieves the intelligent upgrade of traditional garbage bins, but also significantly reduces the need for manual operation through intelligent functions. This not only improves the hygiene and convenience of garbage disposal, but also greatly enhances the user experience with its automatic reminder function. At the same time, this garbage bin effectively reduces the risk of environmental pollution, so it has a very wide range of application prospects and market potential.
