在当代社会，由于工作压力和久坐生活方式，许多人遭受着颈椎、腰椎疼痛等健康问题的困扰。智能按摩坐垫作为一种新兴的健康辅助设备，能够为用户提供便捷的按摩服务，缓解身体疲劳，改善血液循环，提高生活质量。随着智能家居技术的发展，人们对按摩坐垫的智能化控制需求日益增长，希望能够通过科技手段实现更舒适、更个性化的按摩体验。
本设计提出了一种基于STM32单片机的智能按摩坐垫控制系统。系统通过薄膜式压力传感器检测用户是否坐在坐垫上，并开始计时，当超过设定的最长时间时，系统会发出语音提醒。同时，系统还能检测坐垫的温湿度，通过控制加热和散热设备来维持适宜的温度，并通过风干功能来调节湿度，防止汗液积聚。用户可以通过按键设置各种阈值，包括坐下时长，以及手动控制加热、散热、风干和按摩功能。
该智能按摩坐垫控制系统的设计旨在为用户提供一个健康、舒适、便捷的按摩体验。通过智能化控制，系统能够根据用户的身体状况和环境变化自动调节按摩强度和环境参数，提高按摩效果和用户满意度。语音提醒功能有助于用户避免长时间久坐带来的健康风险，而温湿度控制和风干功能则为用户提供了更加舒适的使用体验。总体而言，该系统通过技术手段提升了按摩坐垫的智能化水平，为智能家居领域的发展贡献了新的力量，同时也为用户的健康生活提供了有力支持。

Abstract
In contemporary society, many people suffer from health problems such as cervical and lumbar pain due to work stress and sedentary lifestyle. As an new health auxiliary device, intelligent massage cushion can provide users with convenient massage services, relieve physical fatigue, improve blood circulation and improve the quality of life. With the development of smart home technology, people’s demand for intelligent control of massage cushion is increasing day by day, hoping to achieve more comfortable and personalized massage experience through scientific and technological means.
This design presents an intelligent massage cushion control system based on STM 32. The system detects whether the user is sitting on the cushion through the film pressure sensor and starts the time. When the set maximum time is exceeded, the voice reminder is issued. At the same time, the system can also detect the temperature and humidity of the cushion, maintain the appropriate temperature by controlling the heating and heat dissipation equipment, and adjust the humidity through the air drying function to prevent the accumulation of sweat. Users can set a variety of thresholds by pressing, including sitting time, as well as manual control of heating, heat dissipation, air drying and massage functions.
The intelligent massage cushion control system is designed to provide users with a healthy, comfortable and convenient massage experience. Through intelligent control, the system can automatically adjust the massage intensity and environmental parameters according to the user’s physical condition and environmental changes, and improve the massage effect and user satisfaction. While voice reminders help users avoid health risks from sitting for long hours, temperature and humidity control and air drying provide a more comfortable experience. In general, the system has improved the intelligent level of massage cushion through technical means, contributed new strength to the development of the field of smart home, and also provides strong support for the healthy life of users.
