摘 要
化工厂生产过程中涉及大量易燃、易爆、有毒有害的化学物质,这些化学物质不仅威胁人员健康,还可能引发重大安全事故。因此,开发一套高效、可靠的化工厂环境监测系统,对于保障生命财产安全具有重要的意义。
本系统基于STM32F103C8T6单片机设计,旨在实现化工厂环境的全面监测与实时预警。系统通过多种传感器实时采集环境参数,并通过蓝牙模块将数据传输到手机端,方便远程监控和管理。在硬件设计方面,系统采用STM32F103C8T6作为核心控制器,通过MQ-2、MQ-5、MQ-7、MQ-135和DHT11传感器,实时检测烟雾、天然气、CO、有害气体和温湿度。系统还配备了时钟模块、显示屏、声光报警模块和蓝牙模块,实现时间显示、参数显示、异常报警和数据传输等功能。软件设计上,系统实现了数据采集、阈值设置、时钟修正、数据传输等功能,通过按键操作完成参数设置和时间修正。
经过测试,本系统运行稳定,能够准确采集和传输环境参数。在设定阈值范围内,系统正常运行;当检测到参数异常时,声光报警功能能够及时响应。测试结果表明,本系统在化工厂环境监测中具有良好的稳定性和可靠性,能够有效保障生产安全和人员健康。

ABSTRACT
The production process of chemical plants involves a large amount of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful chemicals, which not only threaten personnel health but may also cause major safety accidents. Therefore, developing an efficient and reliable environmental monitoring system for chemical plants is of great significance for ensuring the safety of life and property.
This system is designed based on STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller, aiming to achieve comprehensive monitoring and real-time warning of chemical plant environment. The system collects environmental parameters in real time through various sensors and transmits the data to the mobile phone through Bluetooth module for convenient remote monitoring and management. In terms of hardware design, the system adopts STM32F103C8T6 as the core controller, and uses MQ-2, MQ-5, MQ-7, MQ-135, and DHT11 sensors to detect smoke, natural gas CO、 Harmful gases and temperature and humidity. The system is also equipped with a clock module, display screen, sound and light alarm module, and Bluetooth module to achieve functions such as time display, parameter display, abnormal alarm, and data transmission. In terms of software design, the system has implemented functions such as data acquisition, threshold setting, clock correction, and data transmission. Parameter setting and time correction are completed through button operations.
After testing, this system runs stably and can accurately collect and transmit environmental parameters. Within the set threshold range, the system operates normally; When abnormal parameters are detected, the sound and light alarm function can respond promptly. The test results show that this system has good stability and reliability in environmental monitoring of chemical plants, and can effectively ensure production safety and personnel health.
