摘 要
21世纪,人们的生活水平不断提高环保意识不断增强,传统垃圾桶在垃圾处理中的局限性逐步显现。其功能单一、无法自动提醒更换垃圾袋、缺乏消毒等问题,给人们带来了诸多不便。因此,设计一款具备智能化功能的垃圾桶已经成为现代生活的需求。
本设计采用STM32F103C8T6单片机作为核心控制器,拥有溢满功能,热塑功能,报警功能,红外感应功能。小宝多功能垃圾桶通过分离式红外对射管检测垃圾桶是否满溢,满溢时自动启动加热片进行热塑处理,并发出声光报警提示更换垃圾桶。同时,利用红外感应模块检测垃圾桶前是否有人,实现自动开关盖功能。时钟模块用于记录时间,并在垃圾桶盖关闭时自动启动消毒功能。语音识别模块可控制垃圾桶的开关和消毒灯的开关。此外,步进电机模拟垃圾袋吸附功能,实现自动套袋,提升使用便捷性。
小宝多功能垃圾桶的设计实现了传统垃圾桶的智能化升级,通过自动化和智能化功能减少了人工操作,提高了垃圾处理的卫生性和便捷性。其自动提醒、消毒和套袋功能有效提升了用户体验,同时降低了垃圾处理过程中的环境污染风险。

Abstract
In the 21st century, people’s living standards continue to improve, environmental awareness continues to increase, and the limitations of traditional garbage cans in garbage disposal are gradually emerging. Its single function, inability to automatically remind to replace garbage bags, lack of disinfection and other problems have brought a lot of inconvenience to people. Therefore, designing a trash can with intelligent functions has become a demand of modern life.
This design uses the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as the core controller, which has overflow function, thermoplastic function, alarm function, and obstacle avoidance function.Xiaobao multi-function garbage bin detects whether the trash can is overflowing through the separated infrared shooting tube. When it is full, it automatically starts the heating piece for thermoplastic treatment, and sends out a sound and light alarm to replace the trash can. At the same time, the infrared obstacle avoidance module is used to detect whether there is someone in front of the trash can and realize the automatic switch cover function. The clock module is used to record the time and automatically activate the disinfection function when the bin lid is closed. The speech recognition module can control the switch of the trash can and the disinfection lamp. In addition, the stepping motor simulates the adsorption function of garbage bag to realize automatic bagging and improve the convenience of use.
The design of Xiaobao multi-functional trash bin realizes the intelligent upgrade of the traditional trash can, reduces the manual operation through the automation and intelligent function, and improves the sanitation and convenience of garbage treatment. Its automatic reminder, disinfection and bagging functions effectively improve the user experience, and reduce the risk of environmental pollution in the process of garbage disposal, which has a wkeil range of application prospects.
