摘要
随着人们健康意识的提升和生活品质的提高,餐具及生活用品的消毒杀菌成为家庭和公共场所卫生保障的重要环节。若消毒过程中温湿度控制不当、消毒方式选择不合理或门体状态异常,可能导致消毒不彻底,滋生细菌,影响人体健康。因此,研发一种能精准控制消毒过程、保障消毒效果的智能消毒柜控制系统十分必要。
本设计提出了一种基于 STM32F103C8T6 单片机的消毒柜控制系统。系统主要功能包括:通过 DHT11 温湿度传感器检测消毒柜内的温湿度,当温度大于最大值时触发声光报警提醒;借助 KY-003 霍尔传感器检测门体状态,门打开时关闭消毒功能,门关闭后启动消毒;用户通过按键可设置温度最大值、选择消毒方式(紫外线、臭氧、高温)及设置消毒时长;通过 OLED 显示模块实时显示当前温湿度、门体状态和消毒方式;同时,通过 ECBO2 蓝牙模块将检测状态传输至手机端,手机端可远程设置阈值和选择消毒方式。
该消毒柜控制系统的作用在于,为用户提供了一种智能、可靠的消毒管理工具。通过精准的温湿度监测、门体状态联动及多样化消毒方式选择,能够确保消毒效果,减少能源浪费,同时借助远程控制功能提升使用便利性,保障生活卫生安全,提升健康生活品质。

Disinfection cabinet control system
Abstract
With the improvement of people’s health awareness and quality of life, disinfection and sterilization of tableware and daily necessities have become an important part of household and public health protection. If the temperature and humidity are not properly controlled, the disinfection method is not chosen properly, or the door is in an abnormal state during the disinfection process, it may lead to incomplete disinfection, bacterial growth, and affect human health. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an intelligent disinfection cabinet control system that can accurately control the disinfection process and ensure disinfection effectiveness.
This design proposes a disinfection cabinet control system based on STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller. The main functions of the system include: detecting the temperature and humidity inside the disinfection cabinet through the DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, and triggering an audible and visual alarm reminder when the temperature exceeds the maximum value; Using KY-003 Hall sensor to detect the status of the door, the disinfection function is turned off when the door is opened, and the disinfection is started after the door is closed; Users can set the maximum temperature value, select disinfection methods (UV, ozone, high temperature), and set disinfection duration through buttons; Real time display of current temperature, humidity, door status, and disinfection method through OLED display module; At the same time, the detection status is transmitted to the mobile phone through the ECBO2 Bluetooth module, and the mobile phone can remotely set the threshold and select the disinfection method.
The function of the disinfection cabinet control system is to provide users with an intelligent and reliable disinfection management tool. Through precise temperature and humidity monitoring, door status linkage, and diversified disinfection methods selection, the disinfection effect can be ensured, energy waste can be reduced, and remote control function can be used to improve convenience, ensure hygiene and safety, and enhance the quality of healthy life.
