随着我国人口老龄化的加剧,独居老人的健康问题日益受到关注。为了更好地保障独居老人的身体健康,本文设计并实现了一套基于STM32F103C8T6单片机的独居老人身体健康参数监测系统。该系统能够实时监测老人的心率、血压、体温以及是否摔倒等关键健康参数,并在参数异常时及时发出声光报警提醒老人,同时通过4G模块将异常信息发送到监护人的手机端,确保监护人能够及时采取措施。
在硬件设计方面,系统采用STM32F103C8T6作为核心控制器,连接心率检测模块、血压监测模块、MLX90614体温传感器、MPU6050加速度传感器以及GPS定位模块,实现对老人健康状态的全面监测。通过按键设置功能,用户可以方便地调整监测参数和启动监测。系统通过显示屏实时显示老人的健康状态信息。
在软件设计方面,系统通过程序逻辑实现了对各传感器数据的采集、处理和判断,并通过4G模块与手机端进行数据通信。当监测到老人摔倒且15秒内未站立时,系统会自动发送当前定位信息到手机端,并通过弹窗和震动提醒监护人。同时,手机端还可以远程设置监测参数,并在老人身体异常时接收弹窗和震动提醒。
经过测试,该系统能够准确监测老人的健康参数,并在异常情况下及时发出警报和通知监护人,具有较高的可靠性和实用性,为独居老人的健康监护提供了一种有效的解决方案。

With the aggravation of population aging in China, the health problems of the elderly living alone are increasingly concerned. In order to better protect the physical health of elderly people living alone, this article designs and implements a monitoring system for the physical health parameters of elderly people living alone based on STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller. The system can monitor key health parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, and whether the elderly have fallen in real time, and promptly issue sound and light alarms to remind the elderly when the parameters are abnormal. At the same time, the abnormal information is sent to the guardian’s mobile phone through the 4G module to ensure that the guardian can take timely measures.
In terms of hardware design, the system adopts STM32F103C8T6 as the core controller, which connects the heart rate detection module, blood pressure monitoring module, MLX90614 temperature sensor, MPU6050 acceleration sensor, and GPS positioning module to achieve comprehensive monitoring of the health status of the elderly. By using the button setting function, users can easily adjust monitoring parameters and start monitoring. The system displays real-time health status information of the elderly through the display screen.
In terms of software design, the system implements the collection, processing, and judgment of data from various sensors through program logic, and communicates with the mobile phone through 4G modules. When an elderly person falls and does not stand within 15 seconds, the system will automatically send the current location information to the mobile phone and remind the guardian through pop ups and vibrations. At the same time, the mobile phone can also remotely set monitoring parameters and receive pop ups and vibration reminders when the elderly’s body is abnormal.
After testing, the system is able to accurately monitor the health parameters of elderly people and issue alerts and notify guardians in a timely manner in case of abnormal situations. It has high reliability and practicality, providing an effective solution for health monitoring of elderly people living alone.
