摘 要
随着工业自动化以及智能化不断持续发展,液位控制在化工、水利、食品加工等众多领域发挥着十分关键的作用,传统液位监测方式大多依赖人工,存在效率低、误差大、实时性不好等情况,难以符合现代工业对液位精确控制与实时监测的要求,研发一种基于单片机的智能化液位控制系统有关键的实际意义。
本设计所构建的液位控制系统是以单片机作为核心部件,凭借超声波传感器对液位状况进行实时监测,一旦监测到液位超出预先设定的最大值,系统便会自动触发声光报警装置,及时向工作人员传达信息,使其可采取相应举措,避免因液位过高而引发安全隐患,另外该系统还设有按键模块,用户可借助按键灵活地设定液位的最大值,以此适应不同场景下的液位控制需求。系统采用LCD1602显示屏,可清晰直观地展示当前测试的液位以及预设的最大值,方便用户实时了解液位状态。
此液位控制系统智能化程度颇高且实时性良好,可切实提高液位监测的精准度与效率,降低人力成本,减少因液位异常所引发的事故风险,对保障工业生产的安全稳定运转以及提升生产效率起着关键作用,有广阔的应用前景与推广价值。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of industrial automation and intelligence, liquid level control plays a vital role in many fields such as chemical industry, water conservancy, food processing and so on. The traditional liquid level monitoring method relies on manual labor, and has problems such as low efficiency, large error and poor real-time, which is difficult to meet the needs of modern industry for accurate liquid level control and real-time monitoring. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop an intelligent liquid level control system based on single microcontroller.
The designed liquid level control system takes the single chip microcomputer as the core to monitors the current water level in real time when the water level exceeds the preset maximum value, the system will automatically trigger the sound and light alarm device and remind the staff to take measures to avoid potential safety risks caused by the high water level. The system is also equipped with a key module, through which users can flexibly set the maximum water level and each threshold through the key to meet the liquid level control requirements in different scenarios. In addition, the system uses the LCD1602 display screen, which can clearly and intuitively display the current water level of the test and the preset maximum value, which is convenient for users to understand the liquid level status in real time.
The level control system has a high degree of intelligence and good real time, can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of liquid level monitoring, reduce labor costs, reduce the accident risk caused by abnormal liquid level, to ensure the safe and stable operation of industrial production and improve the production efficiency has an important role, has broad application prospect and promotion value.
