摘要
当前宿舍安防系统存在火灾预警不及时、非法入侵监测不足、门锁安全性低等问题,对宿舍人员生命财产安全构成威胁,构建智能化宿舍安防系统以提升宿舍安全水平具有重要意义。针对宿舍安防中火灾预警、非法入侵监测、门锁控制及远程管理等问题,本研究采用基于NB-IoT的智能宿舍安防设计方案,以STM32F103C8T6单片机为主控芯片,集成MQ-2烟雾检测、D203S人体热释电感应、AS608指纹识别等模块,实现烟雾超限声光报警与灭火、非法闯入预警、自动上锁与密码/指纹开锁、数据远程传输及手机端远程控制等功能,经实验测试,系统烟雾检测响应时间小于3秒,人体闯入识别准确率达98%,指纹识别通过率超95%,远程控制延迟低于5秒,各项功能指标均满足宿舍安防需求,有效提升宿舍安全防护能力与智能化水平。对比传统宿舍安防技术,如本地烟雾报警器、机械门锁等,本研究中的基于NB-IoT的智能宿舍安防技术可实现远程实时监测与控制,其多模态开锁方式提高门锁安全性与便捷性,在宿舍安全管理领域具有重要的理论意义,为智能宿舍建设提供技术参考,同时在保障学生生命财产安全方面具有显著的现实价值,可广泛应用于各类宿舍场景,推动宿舍安防技术的智能化升级。

Abstract
The current dormitory security system has issues such as untimely fire warnings, insufficient monitoring of unauthorized intrusions, and low door lock security, posing a threat to the safety of lives and property in the dormitories. Building an intelligent dormitory security system to enhance safety levels is of great significance. To address problems in dormitory security, including fire warnings, unauthorized intrusion detection, door lock control, and remote management, this study adopts an intelligent dormitory security design based on NB-IoT. Using the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as the main control chip, it integrates modules such as MQ-2 smoke detection, D203S pyroelectric sensing, and AS608 fingerprint recognition. The system achieves functions like audio-visual alarms for smoke over-limit and fire extinguishing, unauthorized intrusion alerts, automatic locking with password or fingerprint access, remote data transmission, and mobile remote control. Experimental tests show that the system’s smoke detection response time is less than 3 seconds, the accuracy rate of human intrusion recognition is 98%, the fingerprint recognition success rate exceeds 95%, and the remote control delay is below 5 seconds. All functional indicators meet the requirements of dormitory security, effectively enhancing the safety protection capabilities and intelligence level of dormitories. Compared to traditional dormitory security technologies, such as local smoke detectors and mechanical door locks, the intelligent dormitory security technology based on NB-IoT in this study can achieve real-time remote monitoring and control. Its multi-modal unlocking method improves the security and convenience of door locks, which holds significant theoretical importance in the field of dormitory safety management. It provides technical references for the construction of smart dormitories and has notable practical value in ensuring students’ lives and property safety. It can be widely applied in various dormitory scenarios, promoting the intelligent upgrade of dormitory security technology.
