随着公共卫生意识的不断提升,便捷、高效的消毒与体温监测一体化设备成为校园、医院、商场等公共场所的重要需求。传统消毒方式多依赖人工操作,存在消毒不及时、覆盖范围有限等问题,且难以同步实现人员体温筛查,无法满足公共卫生防控的综合需求。因此,研发一种集自动消毒与体温监测于一体的智能设备具有重要现实意义。
本设计提出一种基于 STM32F103C8T6 单片机的智能酒精消毒器。系统主要功能包括:通过 MLX90614 体温监测模块实时检测用户体温;借助红外避障监测模块 BZ 识别是否有人靠近,当检测到人时,通过继电器控制雾化片工作,实现酒精雾化喷洒消毒;同时,通过 OLED 显示屏实时显示监测到的人体体温数据。
该智能酒精消毒器的作用在于,实现了消毒与体温监测的自动化联动,无需人工干预即可完成对过往人员的消毒及体温记录,既提升了消毒效率,又为公共卫生筛查提供了便捷工具,有助于强化场所卫生防控能力。

Design of Intelligent Alcohol Disinfector Based on Single-Chip Microcomputer
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of public health awareness, convenient and efficient integrated equipment for disinfection and body temperature monitoring has become an important demand in public places such as campuses, hospitals, and shopping malls. Traditional disinfection methods mostly rely on manual operation, which have problems such as untimely disinfection and limited coverage, and it is difficult to simultaneously realize personnel temperature screening, which cannot meet the comprehensive needs of public health prevention and control. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop an intelligent device integrating automatic disinfection and body temperature monitoring.
This design proposes an intelligent alcohol disinfector based on the STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer. The main functions of the system include: real-time detection of the user’s body temperature through the MLX90614 temperature monitoring module; identification of whether someone is approaching with the help of the infrared obstacle avoidance monitoring module BZ; when a person is detected, the relay controls the atomizing sheet to work to realize alcohol atomization and spraying disinfection; at the same time, the detected human body temperature data is displayed in real-time through the OLED display.
The function of this intelligent alcohol disinfector is to realize the automatic linkage of disinfection and body temperature monitoring. It can complete the disinfection of passing personnel and temperature recording without manual intervention, which not only improves the disinfection efficiency, but also provides a convenient tool for public health screening, helping to strengthen the hygiene prevention and control capabilities of places.
