在现代家居生活中,衣柜作为衣物存储的核心家具,其内部温湿度、清洁消毒及使用便捷性直接影响衣物保存质量与用户体验。传统衣柜缺乏环境调控与智能交互功能,温湿度过高易导致衣物发霉、异味滋生,手动开关门与消毒操作繁琐,且无法远程管理,难以满足用户对家居智能化、便捷化的需求。因此,研发一种能实现环境自动调控、智能消毒、便捷交互且支持远程管理的智能衣柜控制系统十分必要。
本设计提出了一种基于 STM32F103C8T6 单片机的智能衣柜控制系统。系统主要功能包括:通过 DHT11 模块实时检测衣柜内温湿度,温度过高时自动控制继电器开启风扇降温,湿度过高时触发继电器启动除湿功能,温度与湿度最大值可通过按键自定义设定;借助内部 RTC 获取时间,支持通过按键修正时间,并能预设消毒时间段;通过 3 个 KEY 按键控制步进电机模拟衣柜门开关,开门时自动开启照明灯(继电器),关门后若处于设定消毒时间段,则启动消毒灯(继电器);通过 OLED 显示屏实时展示时间、温湿度及衣柜门状态;同时,系统通过 ESP8266 WIFI 模块与手机端通信,用户可在手机端查看数据、设置各参数阈值及远程控制衣柜门开关。
该智能衣柜控制系统的应用,为用户提供了一种高效、便捷的衣柜智能化管理方案。通过自动环境调控保障衣物存储质量,智能消毒与照明提升使用便利性,远程管理功能适配现代家居智能化需求,有效提升用户生活品质,推动家居设备向智能化、人性化方向发展。

Design of Intelligent Wardrobe Control System Based on STM32
Abstract
In modern home life, the wardrobe, as the core furniture for clothing storage, its internal temperature and humidity, cleaning and disinfection, and ease of use directly affect the quality of clothing storage and user experience. Traditional wardrobes lack environmental regulation and intelligent interaction functions. Excessively high temperature and humidity easily cause clothing to become moldy and produce odors. Manual door opening/closing and disinfection operations are cumbersome, and remote management is not possible, making it difficult to meet users’ needs for intelligent and convenient home living. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop an intelligent wardrobe control system that can realize automatic environmental regulation, intelligent disinfection, convenient interaction and support remote management.
This design proposes an intelligent wardrobe control system based on the STM32F103C8T6 single – chip microcomputer. The main functions of the system include: real – time detection of the temperature and humidity inside the wardrobe through the DHT11 module; when the temperature is too high, it automatically controls the relay to turn on the fan for cooling; when the humidity is too high, it triggers the relay to start the dehumidification function; the maximum temperature and maximum humidity can be customized and set through buttons; it obtains time with the help of the internal RTC, supports time correction through buttons, and can preset disinfection time periods; it controls the stepper motor to simulate the opening and closing of the wardrobe door through 3 KEY buttons; when the door is opened, it automatically turns on the lighting lamp (relay); after closing the door, if it is within the set disinfection time period, it turns on the disinfection lamp (relay); it displays real – time time, temperature, humidity and wardrobe door status through the OLED display; at the same time, the system communicates with the mobile phone terminal through the ESP8266 WIFI module, and users can view data, set various parameter thresholds and remotely control the opening and closing of the wardrobe door on the mobile phone terminal.
The application of this intelligent wardrobe control system provides users with an efficient and convenient intelligent wardrobe management solution. It ensures the quality of clothing storage through automatic environmental regulation, improves the convenience of use with intelligent disinfection and lighting, and the remote management function adapts to the intelligent needs of modern homes, effectively improving the quality of users’ lives and promoting the development of home equipment in the direction of intelligence and humanization.
