在公共卫生意识日益提升的背景下,手部清洁作为疾病预防的关键环节受到广泛重视。传统手动按压式洗手液存在接触污染风险,且难以引导用户规范洗手,而普通感应式产品功能单一,仅能实现自动出液,缺乏洗手指导与设备状态监测能力。因此,研发一款兼具智能感应、规范引导与状态预警的洗手液系统具有重要实用价值。
本设计提出一种基于 STM32F103C8T6 单片机的微信小程序红外感应洗手液系统方案。系统核心功能包括:通过 BZ 红外避障模块检测手部位置,当检测到人手位于洗手液下方时,驱动继电器控制水泵抽水 2 秒后自动停止;借助 OLED 显示屏循环展示七步洗手法教程,同步通过 CN-TTS 语音模块进行步骤播报;集成液体检测模块与蓝牙模块,当检测到洗手液耗尽时,通过蓝牙将缺液信息传输至微信小程序端,实现设备状态远程预警。
该系统通过红外感应实现无接触出液,搭配音视频洗手指导提升清洁规范性,缺液远程预警保障设备持续可用,为家庭、学校、医院等场景提供了便捷、卫生、智能的手部清洁解决方案。

Design of Infrared Sensing Hand Sanitizer System Based on WeChat Mini Program
Abstract
Against the backdrop of increasing public health awareness, hand hygiene, as a key link in disease prevention, has received widespread attention. Traditional manual press-type hand sanitizers have the risk of contact contamination and are difficult to guide users to wash hands standardizedly. Ordinary inductive products have single functions, which can only realize automatic liquid dispensing and lack hand-washing guidance and equipment status monitoring capabilities. Therefore, developing a hand sanitizer system with intelligent induction, standardized guidance and status early warning is of great practical value.
This design proposes a WeChat Mini Program-based infrared sensing hand sanitizer system scheme based on STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer. The core functions of the system include: detecting the position of hands through the BZ infrared obstacle avoidance module; when a hand is detected under the hand sanitizer, driving the relay to control the water pump to pump liquid for 2 seconds and then stop automatically; cyclically displaying the seven-step hand-washing tutorial through the OLED display, and synchronously broadcasting the steps through the CN-TTS voice module; integrating the liquid detection module and Bluetooth module, when the hand sanitizer is detected to be exhausted, the liquid shortage information is transmitted to the WeChat Mini Program terminal via Bluetooth to realize remote early warning of equipment status.
The system realizes non-contact liquid dispensing through infrared induction, improves the standardization of cleaning with audio-visual hand-washing guidance, and ensures continuous availability of the equipment with remote liquid shortage early warning. It provides a convenient, hygienic and intelligent hand cleaning solution for families, schools, hospitals and other scenarios.
