随着智能家居理念的普及和水资源保护意识的提升,管道漏水及液位异常的监测与控制成为日常生活和工业场景中不可或缺的环节。液位的异常升高若未能及时察觉并处理,不仅会造成水资源的严重浪费,还可能引发设备损坏、财产损失等一系列问题。因此,研发一种能实时监测、自动控制且便捷操作的智能防漏水设备具有重要现实意义。
本设计提出了一种基于 STM32F103C8T6 单片机的智能防漏水控制系统。系统主要功能包括:通过液位检测模块 YW-01D 实时采集液位值,当检测到液位值超过设置的最大值时,立即启动声光报警装置,并自动控制继电器关闭电磁阀以阻断水流;用户可通过 3 个 KEY 按键手动设置液位最大值阈值;通过 OLED 显示屏实时显示当前液位测量值及系统工作状态;同时,系统借助 ESP8266 WIFI 模块实现数据的远程传输,将液位信息发送至手机端,用户还可通过手机端远程修改液位最大值参数及控制电磁阀的开关状态。
该智能防漏水控制系统的作用在于,为用户提供了一种集实时监测、自动防护、本地操作与远程管控于一体的综合解决方案。通过及时的报警提示和自动阻断操作,能够有效避免液位异常带来的各类损失,同时远程控制功能提升了使用的便捷性,为水资源节约和安全防护提供有力保障。

Design of Intelligent Water Leakage Prevention Control System
Abstract
With the popularization of the smart home concept and the improvement of awareness of water resources protection, the monitoring and control of pipeline leakage and liquid level abnormalities have become an indispensable part in daily life and industrial scenarios. If the abnormal rise of liquid level cannot be detected and handled in time, it will not only cause serious waste of water resources, but also may lead to a series of problems such as equipment damage and property loss. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop an intelligent water leakage prevention device that can realize real-time monitoring, automatic control and convenient operation.
This design proposes an intelligent water leakage prevention control system based on the STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer. The main functions of the system include: real-time collection of liquid level values through the liquid level detection module YW-01D; when the detected liquid level value exceeds the set maximum value, the acousto-optic alarm device is activated immediately, and the relay is automatically controlled to close the solenoid valve to block water flow; users can manually set the maximum liquid level threshold through 3 KEY buttons; real-time display of the current liquid level measurement value and system working status through the OLED display; at the same time, the system realizes remote data transmission with the help of the ESP8266 WIFI module, sending liquid level information to the mobile phone terminal. Users can also remotely modify the maximum liquid level parameter and control the on-off state of the solenoid valve through the mobile phone terminal.
The function of this intelligent water leakage prevention control system is to provide users with an integrated solution integrating real-time monitoring, automatic protection, local operation and remote management. Through timely alarm prompts and automatic blocking operations, it can effectively avoid various losses caused by abnormal liquid levels. At the same time, the remote control function improves the convenience of use, providing strong support for water resource conservation and safety protection.
