随着健康管理理念的普及和便携智能设备的发展,人们对可穿戴设备的功能需求愈发多元,既需要实时掌握运动数据,也希望便捷获取时间、环境温湿度等信息,同时通过健康提醒养成良好生活习惯。当前部分智能手环存在功能单一、数据联动性差等问题,难以满足用户对 “运动监测 + 日常实用功能 + 健康提醒” 的一体化需求。因此,研发一款集成多类实用功能、操作便捷的智能手环十分必要。
本设计提出一种基于 STM32F103C8T6 单片机的多功能智能手环。系统主要功能包括:通过单片机内部 RTC 模块获取实时时间,用户可通过按键修正时间;借助 MPU6050 传感器检测人体运动状态,计算步数,并基于步数进一步推算运动距离与消耗的卡路里;若检测到人体处于静止状态,系统启动周期为 30 分钟的计时,计时周期内若静止状态未改变,蜂鸣器触发提醒,若状态改变则重新计时;通过 DHT11 温湿度传感器检测环境温湿度,根据温度判定天气状态(10-25℃为晴天,低于 10℃为阴天);所有数据均通过 OLED 显示屏实时显示。
该多功能智能手环的作用在于,为用户提供了一款集时间管理、运动监测、环境感知与健康提醒于一体的便携设备。通过实时采集并显示运动、温湿度数据,结合静止提醒功能,能够帮助用户合理规划运动计划、及时了解环境变化、避免长时间静止带来的健康风险,助力用户养成科学的生活方式,提升日常健康管理效率与生活便利性。

Multi functional smart bracelet based on microcontroller
Abstract
With the popularization of health management concepts and the development of portable smart devices, people’s functional requirements for wearable devices are becoming increasingly diverse. They not only need to real-time grasp exercise data, but also hope to conveniently obtain information such as time, environmental temperature and humidity, and develop good living habits through health reminders. Currently, some smart bracelets have problems such as single functionality and poor data linkage, making it difficult to meet users’ integrated needs for “exercise monitoring+daily practical functions+health reminders”. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a smart wristband that integrates multiple practical functions and is easy to operate.
This design proposes a multifunctional smart bracelet based on STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller. The main functions of the system include: obtaining real-time time through the internal RTC module of the microcontroller, and users can adjust the time by pressing buttons; Using the MPU6050 sensor to detect human motion status, calculate the number of steps, and further calculate the distance traveled and calories burned based on the number of steps; If the human body is detected to be in a stationary state, the system will start a 30 minute timer. If the stationary state does not change during the timer period, the buzzer will trigger a reminder. If the state changes, the timer will be restarted; Detecting environmental temperature and humidity through DHT11 temperature and humidity sensors, and determining weather conditions based on temperature (10-25 ℃ is sunny, below 10 ℃ is cloudy); All data is displayed in real-time on an OLED screen.
The function of this multifunctional smart bracelet is to provide users with a portable device that integrates time management, exercise monitoring, environmental perception, and health reminders. By real-time collection and display of exercise, temperature and humidity data, combined with static reminder function, it can help users plan their exercise plan reasonably, timely understand environmental changes, avoid health risks caused by long-term stillness, help users develop a scientific lifestyle, and improve the efficiency and convenience of daily health management.
