随着仓储行业规模扩大,仓库火灾隐患的及时发现与预警,成为守护仓储财产及人员安全的重要保障。若仓库内烟雾、温度异常等火灾隐患未能被及时监测和预警,极易引发严重火灾,造成不可挽回的损失。因此,研发一款可实时、精准监测仓库火灾隐患并快速预警的系统尤为必要。
本设计提出一种基于 STC89C52 单片机的仓库火灾监测预警系统。系统核心功能包括:采用三个 MQ-2 烟雾传感器搭配 ADC0832,对三个房间的烟雾值进行模拟检测;利用三个 DS18B20 温度检测模块,对三个房间的温度值开展模拟检测;当任意一个房间的烟雾值或温度值超过设定最大值时,系统立即启动声光报警;用户可通过按键自主设置烟雾值与温度值的最大值;借助 LCD1602 显示屏实时显示各项测量数据;同时,系统通过 ECB02 蓝牙模块与手机端连接,将检测数据传输至手机,方便用户远程查看。
该仓库火灾监测预警系统的价值在于,为仓库管理提供了一款实时、可靠的火灾隐患监测与预警工具。通过实时捕捉烟雾和温度数据、及时触发声光报警以及实现数据远程传输,助力管理人员尽早发现火灾隐患,及时采取应对措施,有效保障仓库财产与人员安全,降低火灾事故发生概率。

Design of Warehouse Fire Monitoring and Early Warning System Based on Single Chip Microcomputer
Abstract
With the expansion of the warehousing industry, timely detection and warning of warehouse fire hazards have become an important guarantee for safeguarding the safety of warehouse property and personnel. If the fire hazards such as smoke and abnormal temperature in the warehouse are not monitored and warned in a timely manner, it is highly likely to cause serious fires and irreversible losses. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to develop a system that can monitor warehouse fire hazards in real time and accurately, and quickly issue warnings.
This design proposes a warehouse fire monitoring and early warning system based on STC89C52 microcontroller. The core functions of the system include: using three MQ-2 smoke sensors combined with ADC0832 to simulate and detect smoke values in three rooms; Using three DS18B20 temperature detection modules, simulate and detect the temperature values of three rooms; When the smoke or temperature value in any room exceeds the set maximum value, the system immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm; Users can independently set the maximum smoke and temperature values through buttons; Real time display of various measurement data using the LCD1602 display screen; At the same time, the system is connected to the mobile phone through the ECB02 Bluetooth module to transmit detection data to the phone, making it convenient for users to view remotely.
The value of the warehouse fire monitoring and warning system lies in providing a real-time and reliable tool for monitoring and warning of fire hazards for warehouse management. By capturing real-time smoke and temperature data, triggering sound and light alarms in a timely manner, and achieving remote data transmission, it helps management personnel detect fire hazards as early as possible, take timely response measures, effectively ensure the safety of warehouse property and personnel, and reduce the probability of fire accidents.
