摘要
随着人们生活压力增大与作息习惯改变,睡眠质量问题日益凸显,长期睡眠异常易引发免疫力下降、心血管疾病等健康隐患,而传统睡眠监测多依赖专业医疗设备,难以实现居家便捷监测。因此,研发一款能实时监测睡眠过程中生理指标、及时预警异常的睡眠质量监测系统,对保障人们健康、改善睡眠状况具有重要意义。
本设计提出了一种基于 STC89C52 单片机的睡眠质量监测系统。系统主要功能包括:通过 PulseSensor 心率检测模块配合 ADC0832 模数转换芯片获取用户心率值,通过 MLX90614 非接触红外测温模块测量用户体温,当心率或体温超出预设阈值时,系统启动声光报警;通过 MPU6050 运动传感器获取用户睡眠中的翻身次数,反映睡眠安稳程度;用户可通过按键设置心率、体温的上下阈值;通过 LCD1602 显示屏实时显示心率、体温、翻身次数及当前时间;同时,通过 DS1302 时钟模块精准获取当前时间,为睡眠数据标注时间维度。
该睡眠质量监测系统的作用在于,为用户提供了一种居家便捷的睡眠状态监测工具。通过实时采集心率、体温、翻身次数等关键睡眠相关数据,结合时间记录与异常报警功能,帮助用户直观了解自身睡眠质量,及时发现睡眠中的健康风险,为调整作息、改善睡眠提供数据支撑,进而保障身体健康,提升生活品质。

Sleep Quality Monitoring System Based on 52 Single Chip Microcomputer
Abstract
With the increasing pressure of people’s lives and changes in their daily habits, sleep quality issues are becoming increasingly prominent. Long term sleep abnormalities can easily lead to health hazards such as weakened immunity and cardiovascular disease. Traditional sleep monitoring relies heavily on professional medical equipment and is difficult to achieve convenient home monitoring. Therefore, developing a sleep quality monitoring system that can monitor physiological indicators during sleep in real time and promptly warn of abnormalities is of great significance for safeguarding people’s health and improving sleep conditions.
This design proposes a sleep quality monitoring system based on STC89C52 microcontroller. The main functions of the system include: obtaining the user’s heart rate value through the PulseSensor heart rate detection module in conjunction with the ADC0832 analog-to-digital conversion chip, measuring the user’s body temperature through the MLX90614 non-contact infrared temperature measurement module, and triggering an audible and visual alarm when the heart rate or body temperature exceeds the preset threshold; By using the MPU6050 motion sensor to obtain the number of times the user flips during sleep, it reflects the level of sleep stability; Users can set the upper and lower thresholds for heart rate and body temperature through buttons; Real time display of heart rate, body temperature, number of flips, and current time through LCD1602 display screen; At the same time, the DS1302 clock module accurately obtains the current time and annotates the time dimension for sleep data.
The function of this sleep quality monitoring system is to provide users with a convenient tool for monitoring their sleep status at home. By real-time collection of key sleep related data such as heart rate, body temperature, and number of flips, combined with time recording and abnormal alarm functions, it helps users intuitively understand their own sleep quality, timely discover health risks during sleep, provide data support for adjusting daily routines and improving sleep, thereby ensuring physical health and enhancing quality of life.
