基于STM32的智能婴儿奶瓶设计

摘要

随着育儿理念的精细化发展,婴儿喂养过程中的温度把控、奶量精准控制及喂养时间规律化等需求日益凸显。传统奶瓶难以实现奶温自动调节、奶量实时监测与喂养提醒,若操作不当易影响婴儿饮食安全与健康成长。因此,研发一种具备智能化监测、调控与交互功能的婴儿奶瓶具有重要实用价值。

本设计提出了一种基于 STM32F103C8T6 单片机的智能婴儿奶瓶。系统主要功能包括:通过防水式 DS18B20 温度传感器监测奶瓶内奶液温度,当温度低于预设最小值时,自动控制加热继电器启动加热,达到预设最大值时停止加热,确保奶温恒定在适宜范围;借助 HX711 称重模块获取奶瓶内奶液的实时重量,进而辅助判断奶量;利用单片机内部 RTC 实时时钟获取当前时间,用户可通过按键修正时间,同时支持设置喝奶时间,当到达预设时间时,通过 CN-TTS 语音模块播报 “宝贝,喝奶时间到”,实现喂养提醒;通过 OLED 液晶显示屏实时显示奶液温度、重量及换算后的体积数据,方便用户直观查看;用户可通过本地按键设置奶液温度阈值与喝奶时间;此外,系统通过 WiFi(ESP8266-12F)模块将监测到的温度、重量等数据上传至阿里云平台,再同步至手机端,用户也可通过手机端远程设置奶液温度阈值与喝奶时间,实现远程操控与监测。

该智能婴儿奶瓶的作用在于,为家长提供了一种便捷、精准、智能的婴儿喂养辅助工具。通过自动控温、实时监测、语音提醒与远程交互,不仅降低了家长喂养操作的复杂度,还能保障婴儿饮食的安全性与规律性,助力婴儿健康成长,提升育儿过程的便利性与科学性。

Design of Intelligent Baby Bottle Based on STM32

Abstract

With the refined development of parenting concepts, the demand for temperature control, precise milk volume control, and regular feeding time during infant feeding is becoming increasingly prominent. Traditional milk bottles are difficult to achieve automatic adjustment of milk temperature, real-time monitoring of milk volume, and feeding reminders. Improper operation can easily affect the safety and healthy growth of infants’ diet. Therefore, developing a baby bottle with intelligent monitoring, regulation, and interaction functions has important practical value.

This design proposes an intelligent baby bottle based on STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller. The main functions of the system include: monitoring the temperature of the milk inside the bottle through a waterproof DS18B20 temperature sensor, automatically controlling the heating relay to start heating when the temperature is below the preset minimum value, and stopping heating when the preset maximum value is reached to ensure that the milk temperature remains constant within the appropriate range; Using the HX711 weighing module to obtain real-time weight of milk in the bottle, thereby assisting in determining milk volume; Using the real-time clock of the internal RTC of the microcontroller to obtain the current time, users can adjust the time by pressing buttons, and also support setting the milk drinking time. When the preset time is reached, the CN-TTS voice module will broadcast “Baby, milk drinking time is up” to remind feeding; Real time display of milk temperature, weight, and converted volume data through OLED LCD screen, convenient for users to intuitively view; Users can set the temperature threshold and drinking time of the milk through local buttons; In addition, the system uploads the monitored temperature, weight, and other data to the Alibaba Cloud platform through the WiFi (ESP8266-12F) module, which is then synchronized to the mobile phone. Users can also remotely set the temperature threshold and drinking time of the milk through the mobile phone to achieve remote control and monitoring.

The function of this intelligent baby bottle is to provide parents with a convenient, accurate, and intelligent baby feeding assistance tool. Through automatic temperature control, real-time monitoring, voice reminders, and remote interaction, not only does it reduce the complexity of parents’ feeding operations, but it also ensures the safety and regularity of infants’ diets, promotes their healthy growth, and enhances the convenience and scientificity of the parenting process.
