随着宠物饲养率攀升,宠物洗浴后的烘干护理成为养宠家庭刚需。传统烘干方式存在明显缺陷:自然晾干耗时久且易致宠物着凉,手持吹风机需人工持续操作,风力与温度难控,既增加用户负担,又可能因局部高温烫伤宠物或烘干不彻底引发皮肤病。因此,研发一款自动化、安全可控的智能宠物烘干设备,对保障宠物健康、降低养宠护理压力至关重要。
本设计提出一种基于 STC89C52 单片机的智能宠物烘干箱。系统核心功能包括:通过 DS18B20 温度监测模块实时采集箱内温度,温度低于预设下限阈值时,单片机驱动继电器开启加热片启动烘干;温度超预设上限阈值时,触发声光报警并关闭加热片;烘干完成后,自动通过继电器开启消毒灯 10 秒实现杀菌;用户可通过按键设置温度阈值、风扇定时开关时间,还能借助 MX1508 电机驱动模块,将直流风扇调节至停止、低速、中速、高速四挡;LCD1602 显示模块实时展示箱内温度、设定阈值、风扇挡位、定时剩余时间及消毒状态。
该智能宠物烘干箱为养宠家庭提供安全高效的烘干方案:自动控温与报警功能避免温度偏差,保障宠物安全;风扇多挡调节与定时适配不同宠物需求,提升烘干效率;自动消毒减少皮肤病风险。设备操作简便无需值守,依托 STC89C52 控制成本,助力提升宠物生活质量与家庭养宠体验。

Design and Implementation of Intelligent Pet Drying Box
Abstract
With the increasing rate of pet ownership, drying care for pets after bathing has become a must-have for pet owning families. The traditional drying method has obvious drawbacks: natural drying takes a long time and can easily cause pets to catch cold. Handheld hair dryers require continuous manual operation, and the wind and temperature are difficult to control, which not only increases the burden on users but also may cause skin diseases due to local high temperature burns or incomplete drying of pets. Therefore, developing an automated, safe, and controllable intelligent pet drying device is crucial for ensuring pet health and reducing the pressure of pet care.
This design proposes an intelligent pet drying oven based on STC89C52 microcontroller. The core functions of the system include: real-time collection of temperature inside the box through the DS18B20 temperature monitoring module. When the temperature is below the preset lower threshold, the microcontroller drives the relay to turn on the heating element and start drying; When the temperature exceeds the preset upper threshold, an audible and visual alarm is triggered and the heating element is turned off; After drying is completed, the disinfection lamp is automatically turned on for 10 seconds through a relay to achieve sterilization; Users can set temperature thresholds and fan timing switch times through buttons, and can also use the MX1508 motor drive module to adjust the DC fan to four gears: stop, low speed, medium speed, and high speed; The LCD1602 display module provides real-time display of the temperature inside the box, set threshold, fan gear, timed remaining time, and disinfection status.
This intelligent pet drying oven provides a safe and efficient drying solution for pet owning families: automatic temperature control and alarm functions to avoid temperature deviations and ensure pet safety; Multi speed adjustment and timed adaptation of fans to meet different pet needs, improving drying efficiency; Automatic disinfection reduces the risk of skin diseases. The device is easy to operate without the need for on duty, relying on STC89C52 to control costs and help improve the quality of life for pets and the experience of raising pets at home.
