基于单片机的智能衣柜

摘要

随着生活品质的提升,人们对衣物存储环境的舒适度与安全性要求愈发提高。衣柜内温湿度失衡易导致衣物发霉、异味滋生,而消毒不及时则可能残留细菌、螨虫,影响衣物卫生,尤其对丝绸、羊毛等贵重面料及婴幼儿衣物的养护不利。传统衣柜依赖人工晾晒、手动消毒,存在操作繁琐、效果不稳定的问题,因此,研发一款能自动调控存储环境、实现智能管理的衣柜系统具有重要现实意义。

本设计提出了一种基于 STM32F103C8T6 单片机的智能衣柜系统。系统核心功能包括:通过 DHT11 传感器检测衣柜内温湿度,当温度高于预设最大值时,驱动继电器控制风扇启动通风;当湿度高于预设最大值时,通过继电器控制雾化器模拟除湿;借助单片机内部时钟模块获取时间,支持设定定时消毒时间,时间到达且柜门关闭后,继电器驱动消毒灯进行消毒;用户可通过按键设置温湿度阈值、控制通风、除湿、消毒功能的开关,以及通过 SG90 舵机控制衣柜门的开关;通过 OLED 显示屏实时显示温湿度、时间及设备运行状态;同时,系统通过 ESP8266-12F WIFI 模块将测量数据传输至手机端,用户也可在手机端远程设置各项参数阈值与控制通风功能。

该智能衣柜系统的作用在于,为衣物存储提供了一套自动化、智能化的环境管理方案。通过实时监测与自动调控,维持衣柜内适宜温湿度,避免衣物受损;定时消毒与远程控制功能,既保障了衣物卫生,又提升了使用便捷性,为用户打造舒适、省心的衣物存储体验,助力提升居家生活品质。

Intelligent wardrobe based on microcontroller

Abstract

With the improvement of living standards, people’s requirements for the comfort and safety of clothing storage environments are increasingly increasing. Imbalance of temperature and humidity in the wardrobe can easily lead to the growth of mold and odors in clothing, while failure to disinfect in a timely manner may result in residual bacteria and mites, affecting clothing hygiene, especially for valuable fabrics such as silk and wool, as well as for the maintenance of infant and toddler clothing. Traditional wardrobes rely on manual drying and disinfection, which leads to cumbersome operation and unstable results. Therefore, developing a wardrobe system that can automatically regulate the storage environment and achieve intelligent management is of great practical significance.

This design proposes an intelligent wardrobe system based on STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller. The core functions of the system include: detecting the temperature and humidity inside the wardrobe through DHT11 sensors, and when the temperature exceeds the preset maximum value, driving the relay to control the fan to start ventilation; When the humidity exceeds the preset maximum value, the atomizer is controlled by a relay to simulate dehumidification; By using the internal clock module of the microcontroller to obtain time, it supports setting a timed disinfection time. When the time is up and the cabinet door is closed, the relay drives the disinfection lamp for disinfection; Users can set temperature and humidity thresholds, control switches for ventilation, dehumidification, and disinfection functions through buttons, and control the opening and closing of wardrobe doors through SG90 servos; Real time display of temperature, humidity, time, and equipment operation status through OLED display screen; At the same time, the system transmits measurement data to the mobile phone through the ESP8266-12F WIFI module, and users can also remotely set various parameter thresholds and control ventilation functions on the mobile phone.

The function of this intelligent wardrobe system is to provide an automated and intelligent environmental management solution for clothing storage. By real-time monitoring and automatic control, maintain appropriate temperature and humidity in the wardrobe to avoid clothing damage; The timed disinfection and remote control functions not only ensure the hygiene of clothing, but also improve the convenience of use, creating a comfortable and worry free clothing storage experience for users, and helping to improve the quality of home life.
