ABSTRACT

In modern society, with the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, people’s requirements for home appliances are no longer limited to the realization of basic functions, but pay more attention to its intelligence, convenience and environmental performance. Automatic washing machine as an important member of the modern family, its technological innovation and function upgrade naturally become the focus of attention. This design is based on such market background and consumer demand, through the introduction of advanced STC12C5A60S2 single chip microcomputer as the core control unit, to realize the intelligent upgrade of automatic washing machine. With its high performance, low power consumption and abundant peripheral resources, the MCU provides strong support for the stable operation and diversified functions of the washing machine system. In the functional design, we fully consider the actual needs and habits of users. Through the diversified Settings of the mode button, users can easily choose the right washing mode according to their clothing type and washing needs. At the same time, the introduction of the water button allows users to adjust the water level according to the actual amount of clothing, which not only ensures the washing effect, but also realizes the purpose of water saving and energy saving. The simplified design of the start/pause button makes the operation process of the washing machine more convenient and user-friendly. In addition to the basic washing function, the system also incorporates a variety of intelligent elements. The real-time display function of the LCD1602 display screen allows users to keep track of the laundry process and related information at any time. The application of waterproof DS18B20 temperature measurement technology ensures accurate temperature control during washing and drying, and improves the washing effect. The relay simulation of water, water and DC motor simulation of washing, drying functions, further improve the efficiency of the washing machine and intelligence level. It is worth mentioning that the system also integrates the Bluetooth module to achieve real-time communication with the mobile phone. Users can not only remotely monitor the laundry process through mobile phones, but also adjust the laundry mode, water level and start-stop state at any time, truly realizing intelligent control.
