家用饮水机作为必需品,其智能化控制日益重要。传统饮水机在温度和水量管理上存缺陷。温度控制粗糙,影响饮用体验和健康;水量管理不精确,易导致干烧或断水,影响使用寿命和家庭安全。

基于STM32F103C8T6单片机的家用饮水机智能控制系统,通过集成多种传感器与智能控制算法,实现了对水温、水量以及用户操作的精准管理。该系统采用防水式DS18B20温度传感器实时监测水温,确保水质符合用户设定的温度范围;同时,内置称重模块精确检测水量,避免干烧情况的发生,并在缺水时通过蜂鸣器及时提醒用户。此外,系统还支持通过按键操作设定温度上下限、开关电源以及控制水泵抽水,为用户提供了便捷的操作体验。在信息显示方面,OLED屏幕清晰展示当前水温与水量,便于用户随时掌握饮水机的状态。更值得一提的是,该系统通过蓝牙模块与手机端实现互联,用户可远程获取水温及水量信息,并可通过手机APP设置水温上下限、开关电源,极大地提升了饮水机的智能化水平。

ABSTRACT

Household water dispenser as a necessity, its intelligent control is increasingly important. Traditional water dispensers have shortcomings in temperature and water management. Rough temperature control, affecting drinking experience and health; Water management is not accurate, which can easily lead to dry burning or water interruption, affecting service life and family safety.

Based on STM32F103C8T6 single chip microcomputer intelligent control system for home drinking water dispenser, through the integration of a variety of sensors and intelligent control algorithms, to achieve the accurate management of water temperature, water volume and user operation. The system uses the waterproof DS18B20 temperature sensor to monitor the water temperature in real time to ensure that the water quality meets the temperature range set by the user; At the same time, the built-in weighing module accurately detects the amount of water, avoids the occurrence of dry burning, and alerts the user in time when there is a shortage of water through a buzzer. In addition, the system can also set the upper and lower limits of temperature, switch the power supply and control the water pump through the key operation, providing users with a convenient operation experience. In terms of information display, the OLED screen clearly displays the current water temperature and water volume, which is convenient for users to grasp the status of the water dispenser at any time. It is worth mentioning that the system is interconnected with the mobile phone through the Bluetooth module, and users can remotely obtain water temperature and water information, and can set the upper and lower limits of water temperature and switch the power supply through the mobile phone APP, which greatly improves the intelligent level of the drinking machine.
