随着人们生活水平的提高,厨房环境的舒适度和安全性愈发受到关注。传统抽油烟机功能单一,难以满足现代厨房对环境监测与智能控制的需求。厨房烹饪时产生的高温、油烟以及可燃气体泄漏等安全隐患,急需一种能实时监测并智能控制的抽油烟机系统来保障。
基于STC89C52单片机的智能抽油烟机应运而生,它集成多种传感器和功能模块,可实时监测厨房温度、可燃气体浓度等关键参数,还能通过人体感应和光敏电阻实现智能照明控制。当检测到异常情况时,系统能自动启动相应功能并报警,同时支持按键设置阈值和手动控制,配合LCD1602显示屏直观呈现数据,为厨房环境安全与舒适提供有力保障,是现代厨房不可或缺的智能设备。该智能抽油烟机系统优势显著。它实时监测厨房环境,依据预设阈值智能控制灭火、通风、照明等功能,全方位保障厨房安全与舒适。集成多种高精度传感器,精准捕捉厨房环境变化,为智能控制提供可靠数据。异常时声光报警与短信提醒双管齐下,确保用户及时知晓并处理。LCD1602显示屏直观呈现数据与状态,按键操作简单,方便用户设置和控制。借助WIFI模块与手机APP互联,用户可远程查看数据、设置参数、接收警报,实现智能化远程监控。其在家庭厨房、餐饮行业、酒店厨房等场所应用前景广阔,推动厨房设备智能化发展,具有显著社会和经济效益。

ABSTRACT
With the improvement of people’s living standards, the comfort and safety of kitchen environments are increasingly being focused on. Traditional range hoods have limited functions and can hardly meet the modern kitchen’s demands for environmental monitoring and intelligent control. The safety hazards such as high temperatures, cooking fumes, and combustible gas leaks generated during kitchen cooking urgently need a range hood system that can monitor and control in real-time to ensure safety.
The STC89C52 microcontroller-based intelligent range hood has been developed to address these needs. It integrates a variety of sensors and functional modules to monitor key parameters in the kitchen, such as temperature and combustible gas concentration in real-time. It also features smart lighting control through human body infrared detection and photoresistors. When abnormal conditions are detected, the system can automatically activate the corresponding functions and trigger alarms. It also supports threshold setting via buttons and manual control. Combined with the LCD1602 display, it can intuitively present data, providing strong protection for the safety and comfort of the kitchen environment. This system is an essential smart device for modern kitchens.
The intelligent range hood system has many advantages. It can monitor the kitchen environment in real-time and intelligently control functions such as fire extinguishing, ventilation, and lighting based on preset thresholds to ensure the safety and comfort of the kitchen comprehensively. It integrates various high-precision sensors that accurately capture changes in the kitchen environment and provide reliable data for intelligent control. When an abnormality occurs, both sound and light alarms and SMS reminders are triggered to ensure that users are informed and can take action in time. The LCD1602 display intuitively shows data and status, and the button operation is simple, making it convenient for users to set and control. With the help of the WIFI module and mobile app interconnection, users can remotely view data, set parameters, and receive alarms, realizing intelligent remote monitoring. It has a broad application prospect in places such as home kitchens, catering industry, and hotel kitchens, promoting the intelligent development of kitchen equipment and bringing significant social and economic benefits.
